Chapter 1: The Boss

De-Valencia Office Building, Los Angeles California

January 29th , 8:00 AM.

8:10, Auditorium Hall

"With a warm applause we welcome the new President of De-Valencia Group, Kamillo Valencia!!"

Claps filled the air, not because of excitement but because of fear. The De-Valencia workers knew about Kamillo's history as a raging unstoppable person who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

Kamillo raised his hand as a gesture for them to stop clapping.

"Thank you all for coming even though I know this was unexpected, especially since you just found out you have a new President

"But with time comes change, and new rules and regulations

"From now on things will operate differently under my command. There will be no more fools working in my company. My grandfather built it the way it was meant to run and my father abandoned those beliefs, which is why I'm here to restore it.

"¡De-¡Valencia doesn't just need to be great, it needs to be perfection! "

Kamillo roared his words like a lion setting his territory. He wasn't raged but he wasn't happy, his face just maintained an expression that was a mix of power and anger towards something or someone.

He stared at the hundreds of workers that ran the beautifully modern De-Valencia building.

"I will be stopping by your departments to inform you all of some terminations. This is the end of this assembly." Silence filled the air, everyone was afraid to movie before he did.

Kamillo slowly stepped off the raised platform and walked towards the exit, while his 3 workers that always followed him everywhere raced to catch up to him.

9:00 AM, Conference room

Kamillo sat at the end of the end of the solid wood meeting table in the conference, well dressed individuals sat the other side.

"Well Mr. President, we've looked over your business plan and we find some of the changes controversial" Chairman Nathaniel said as he started flipping the white paged packet to a specific page

Kamillo stared at the rest of the board members who all looked like they half agreed with Nathaniel and also were half scared to admit they disagreed with Kamillop

"What specific topics?" He said quickly as a flash of anger came through his eyes but then quickly cooled down.

"Well the plan to fire the HANNO Construction Contractors and replacing them with cheaper workers even though our contract with them is still valid for 3 years." Chairmain Nathaniel explained as the other board members stayed silent

Kamillo cleared his throat "My lawyers can find a loophole in the contract and void it, that way it'll be legally protected " Kamillo said with an evil smile

"But why change? HANNO delivers great quality at an okay price" Chairmian Nathaniel explained, Kamillo scoffed at his question

"We can find cheaper prices with different contractors, with the same quality. It's just pure business "

"Does it meet with the Director of Finance's plan?"

"Let's not worry about that , shall we?"

Kamillo and Crystale exchanged looks.

"Mr. Valencia let's just put all the cards on the table, answer honestly please. ¿Are you doing this because your scared your father will use them as a way back into De-Valencia? We know you are the one to get him fired.."
