At Foosha village, there is a new surgeon in town and has recently moved from All Blue, who's really good at his job. His name is Doctor Trafalgar D. Water Law. He was working on a heavy duty with someone who lose a lot of tissue in the leg so it was stressful process.
Once it was over, he clean up the blood in his gown and gloves before heading out to have his lunch. He is very introverted person and like to have a lot of quiet time for himself. Law find his staffs to be annoying to deal with and will rather deal with smarter people, but he manage to deal with them for now. He goes to the park and sit down on the bench as he has a bag of snacks that his foster dad, Donquixote 'Corazon' Rosinante made for him. He hum softly and was glad it wasn't a sandwich since he hate bread.
He begin to eat quietly and admire the park as he find this spot beautiful at the afternoon when the sun slowly goes down and children is with their parent spending time together. He smile a bit and focus on something else as his eyes wander around. His yellow eyes spot fire house not far from his work place as a man was working out in the garage. This man was doing some pulls up and was breathing heavily as they try to get it all in before finishing that up. This man pant like an animal and grab his water bottle as he squirt the water in his mouth to drink it.
Law blush and feel like his body temperature increased by 2 times as he couldn't kept his eyes off from him, barely eating his own food. Law never see this guy in his life and yet something about him make his heart race and his body hot. The man gulp his water down and clean himself up with a rag before feeling someone is watching him so he look over to see the surgeon. Law eyes widen and didn't know what to do so he quickly put his food to get up to go back to work as he wasn't hungry after that embarrassment.
However, the man watch the surgeon go and smile happily as he wonder who is he. His name is Monkey D. Luffy, a station captain fireman. Luffy giggle and find that surgeon adorable, wanting to know that man's life story before hearing a voice behind him. "Know that man, Luffy?" He look over to see his older brother, Portagas D. Ace whose is the second commander, and Luffy just laugh. "No, but I will tonight~." Ace huff and sit down beside him as he said, "Oh yeah. 25 bucks if he told you to leave him alone." Luffy laugh again and adjust his Strawhat that he has behind his back. "You're on!"
Within a few hours, Doctor Law was done from work and yawn softly as he was ready to go home to sleep before seeing that same man from earlier. He stood there and look at the man smiling at him as he begin to walk over to the doctor. The man said, "Hello!" with a beautiful smile that the doctor have ever seen as Law just seem nervous to see him despite witnessing this man's buff body. Law said, "...Hey." The man said, "My name is Monkey D Luffy. I'm a firefighter from the across the street from earlier. What is your name?" Law hum softly and adjust his coat as he said, "Doctor Trafalgar D Water Law...or just Doctor Law. Nice to meet you."
