You may even take it as, both of these personalities symbolizing yn, Lily, the personality she lost years ago, and Lilith, the personality she is currently living as. 2 years ago when both of them became uncontrollable, yn had to start treatment to get rid of them, but now they are back.
You exit you room and go to Kiara and say "Kiara! Baby! I am home!!" and Kiara comes running and jumps on you and starts licking your face.
