Cassie walked back out into the bar, she scanned the room to try and see if she could spot Mia but to her dismay, she was no where to be seen.
She walked outside to find Mia smoking a cigarette by herself.
"Bitch where were you?" Mia asked as she looked over at her
"Sorry I ran into you know who" Cassie said in a drained tone of voice
"Tangerine was here?" Mia asked in disbelief
"Yeah, he stopped me on the way to the bathroom" Cassie said as she stood next to Mia
"What a stalker, is he still here?" Mia asked before taking a drag of her cigarette
"No, he left" Cassie said
"Thank fuck, i have every right to punch him in the face after the way he treated you" Mia stated protectively
"You used to like him, it's crazy how much things can change" Cassie said
"That was before his brother died and he started acting like a massive asshole" Mia said honestly
"I guess that's what hurt people do, Lemon meant everything t-
"Yeah I get that but that didn't give him the right to turn his back on the one person who was there for him the most" Mia stated as she raised her voice slightly

"How did he even die again?" Mia asked insensitively
"Car crash" Cassie lied
"It's a shame, he was a nice guy, bit to obsessed with Thomas the tank engine though" Mia said which caused Cassie to chuckle
"Yeah he was" Cassie said as a small smile appeared on her face as she thought about Lemon
Her smile soon disappeared as she remembered the aftermath of Lemons death, how distraught Tangerine was and how everything went downhill after his death.
"Are you sure your okay Cass? you seem really off" Mia asked as a concerned look appeared on her face
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine" Cassie lied
Cassie didn't want to admit it but Tangerine coming back, had really put a spanner in the works, it was bringing back all of these feelings that she thought she had gotten rid of, but his return had proved otherwise.
