Chapter 3: True Colors

Eclipse was soon seen with the Glamrocks hanging out at Bonnie's Bowl, a bowling alley with multiple arcade machines and an ice cream cafe. They were relaxing before the Glamrocks can perform.

Trying as he could, Eclipse can't hold it in much more. "OH!! I can't hold it in! You guys won't believe what I found out this morning!"

"What is it, little guy," inquired Monty the anthropomorphic alligator.

"MXES has a crush," Eclipse answered, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Can you believe it?! Our MXES had a crush on someone!"

The Glamrocks had the same expression, unamused.

"How do you know he has a crush, Eclipse," asked Bonnie the light blue rabbit.

"I found a piece of paper on the floor randomly," Eclipse replied. "It was a letter where he was attempting to confess. It was so cute!"

Eclipse then noticed the band members' expressions. "Why are you being quiet? It's not that weird. I mean sure he's not the type of person to confess, but I knew he deserves his own Superstar. He's strong, kind, wise, caring and very nice to be with."

"That's nice of you to say that," Freddy the orange bear man complimented.

Just then, Monty let out the sigh of frustration. "Oh for golfer's sake-- ECLIPSE, MXES IS DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH YOU!!"

Eclipse widened his eyes in surprise mixed with confusion.

"Monty," Freddy shouted.

"What," asked the annoyed gator. "Someone had to tell Eclipse the obvious or things will be like this for a long time, maybe forever."

Eclipse smiled in denial. "Come on, why would it be me? You have to be joking, right?"

"Hell no I'm not," Monty responded, turning his head to his band members. "Guys, tell him! He deserves to know!"

"He's got a point, Eclipse," Chica agreed. "I'm surprised you didn't noticed."

Roxy nodded. "The way he looked at you? He talked to you? The smile he shown to you? How could you not noticing it?"

Eclipse soon got lost in his mind for the moment, he remembered the times with MXES. His smile, his talk, his glance. Once he got out from his mind, Eclipse climbed off from the seating stool. "I need... need a moment. If you excuse me."

And with that, Eclipse exited the bowling alley, leaving the Glamrocks alone with guilt in their chests.

"Well, I messed up," Monty spoke.

"You think," Roxy scoffed.

Later with MXES, he found himself prowling over to the Superstar Daycare. He stepped closer to the door, knocking on it. Seconds later, the door was opened, revealing Sun.

"Oh hello, MXES," Sun greeted. "How can I help you?"

"Is Eclipse in the Daycare," MXES questioned.

"No. He's over at Bonnie's Bowl to hang out with the Glamrocks. You'll meet up with him there."

MXES smiled. "Thank you, Sun. That's all I need to know."

Minutes later, MXES arrived at the bowling alley. However, there was no sign of Eclipse. MXES was puzzled. Before he could search, he spotted the Glamrock band. He even noticed their concerned expressions.

Freddy turned and saw MXES. "Officer MXES, are you looking for Eclipse?"

MXES nodded.

"We haven't seen him either," Roxy stated. "It's been almost an entire day even after our performance for the guests."
