The straw-hats were watching Zeff trying his best to treat Zoro's horrendous injury across his chest. While Zeff was doing his job, Sanji couldn't help but to glance over at the pinkette as her eyes were glued to the green moss fellow laying on the kitchen counter. She's so concerned about him that she even asked Sanji to help her care for her crewmate.

As he'd said before, he would do anything and everything if she'd ask him to help her in any situation. But he couldn't help but thought about Rosie being with someone else other than him. He should have moved on since she was the one that broke off their engagement, but he couldn't.

Has he met women beautiful as her? In his opinion, all women are beautiful but not as beautiful as Rosie.

Has he constantly thought about her? He thought of her as he wakes up, goes to bed, even waiting tables. Hoping to see her again sitting down in the restaurant.

Has he thought of doing something different in order for her to stay with him? Absolutely. He would do anything and everything to get back together with her.

Sanji respect Rosie's decision to not wanting to see him or talk to him after encountering again the first night at Baratie. He's not going to force her into doing anything but rather prefer her to reach out to him. While he stares at her in deep thought, Rosie glance back but her eye didn't seem to have any emotion other than concerns.

Both of them look away to focus on the unconscious and wounded swordsman. The crew watches Zeff's every move while he explains to them how fish skins helps the flesh a lot quicker.

"Is he gonna be okay?" Usopp ask the older man while he place the rest of the fish skin onto Zoro's wounds.

"Look, I'm not going to lie to you. He's lost a lot of blood, it might be too late for him-"

"But it might not be." Luffy adds while staring down at his friend.

"He's got one foot in each world right now, caught between life and death. You have to find a way to keep him tethered to our world..." Zeff glance over to the crew instructing them to take care of Zoro and making sure to talk to him, just so he doesn't leave and return back to them.

"Tell him stories, sing him sea shanties for all I care, he may not reply, at least he'll know his crew are still with him." Zeff excuse himself from the room to go back to his restaurant.

Nami, Usopp and Luffy had carried Zoro into another room and lay him down on the bed to lay down comfortably.

Rosie watches them gently putting him down onto the soft comfort bed. It was getting to real for her, after putting much thought, Rosie decided to dismiss the mission and leave them for good.
