"NO!" Desdemona yells, it was revealed to her in the moment, Princess Rosalina is alive in the flesh. Their eyes focus on each other waiting for one of them to make the first move. Knowing if she continues to use the toxins on one-another they'll both be immune to it.
Suddenly something was blinding Desdemona's eye sight, she focus on what's wrapped around Rosie's finger. In that moment, Desdemona remembered Emris had given the Princess a cursed ring. Rosie might able to use her new powers but the ring would limited the power of the devil fruit.
Desdemona chuckled, she then uses her powers to summon a vine with thorns one them to launch towards the girl.
Before it could even get to her, Zoro stepped in using his swords to attack the plant by slicing in half, killing the plant. By that, the vine was thrown back and was turning into a darker shade, almost-dead like.
The vibe was going to attack Zoro and he was prepared to do the same stunts once more but the vibe was hit by something from behind and it's in flames, "What?" Desdemona said as she watches the vine screams out in pain before hitting the sand ground, accepting defeat.
Rosie and Zoro glance up at the side of the castle, there they can see Usopp using his slingshot to take another shot towards Desdemona but soon as she seen the others looking up at something, she sees another one of their members trying to take another shot toward her so she use her powers to gain another vine and initiate an attack to Usopp.
Rosie seen the vine ready to attack Usopp when he wasn't looking, she uses her vines with roses to shield Usopp but both vines must of startled Usopp and loses balance, "Usopp!" Rosie screams, fearing for his life.
"Don't worry guys, Captain Usopp is ok," Usopp says while trying to not to sounds like a coward that's still trying to hide away from Desdemona's sight.
He had clear sight of Desdemona and ready to shoot but the vine uses itself to deflect the aim, whatever he had thrown, it hits the ground and causes the ring of fire surrounding everyone.
Rosie couldn't use their powers due to the fire, the plants whispered that to her that if they get caught in flames they would die just how Usopp throws his shot at the vine that Desdemona use to target her, the vine was screaming in pain asking for Desdemona to help it but she lefts the vine fall instead of helping.
Desdemona has her mind set on killing of the pinkette and she would do whatever it takes to take her down for good.
"I have enough of this..." Desdemona calls for move vines, they all stood besides her but they were trying to not get caught in the fire, "JUST DIE ALREADY!"
