Personality: Short-tempered, impulsive, eccentric, and immature is this all-powerful dictator, however, he is very respectful towards his right-hand man and his army, only getting mad whenever they act incompetent, he is also very awkward and bashful when around Jessica Cruz

Electrokinesis: His powers, unknown of how he has gotten them, allow him to use green bolts of electricity which he can use to fire lightning, generate electricity, create indestructible force-fields, use telekinesis, teleport, and fly, making him a very versatile villain.
Superhuman Characteristics: Super strength, super speed, super toughness, the list goes on.
Emotional Empowerment: Whenever he gets enraged, rage is the only thing he feels... you don't want to know what will happen next.
Leadership: Like all dictators, he is a master of leading, able to conquer most of the galaxy].
