Late Morning-Early Regret

Quick Updates: The time period of all of the series is after the last extermination from the finale of Hazbin Hotel season 1. The couple has also told a few people about their relationship but didn't tell any overlords (besides Velvette) about this (So it won't ruin their reputation). This will also be the morning after the night from my last chapter in this series. Just wanted to say things to make more sense!

Vox POV:
I began to wake up abruptly from an unknown and  incisive loud noise. I was in my room alone not having Val there for some reason, but the noise that woke me seemed to be outside. I think Val might have made the noise? I was feeling drowsy from staying awake hanging out with Val.

I walk over to open the door and see him talking to someone on his phone. He shouted out, “Vel will be there in 10 minutes I promise! Me and Voxxy just slept in from staying up late.” Vel screeched in response, “YOU BETTER BITCH! THIS TIME YOU CAN’T LEAVE ME WITH THESE OLD HAGS! YOU PROMISED YOU LOVEBIRDS!” Val then hung up the phone.

 I said calmly, “So were you talking to Vel? Why is she being so loud? It’s not like we have anything important. Val started to talk in a panic, “VOXXY were late to the overlord meeting Carmila Carmine set for today! If we don’t leave quickly Vel will fucking skin us!” I suddenly remembered the meeting that was mandatory and we wanted Vel to be more in control than last time there was a meeting. I quickly responded in action saying, “Val we need to rush before any suspicion is on us. you go change in your room, I will also change. Meet out at the limo when ready.” Val nodded his head and gave me a kiss on my screen before leaving to go change. I went back into my room in a rush to go change for the overlord meeting.

Time Skip…

Me and Val were rushing to the meeting room when we saw Vel waiting outside the door scrolling on her phone. I caught her attention by saying, “Hey Velvette, how is the meeting so far? Any drama stirred up yet? We also have our deepest apologies towards you for sleeping in carelessly and being late.” Velette response to me was, “About time fuckers. Carmila just said this meeting was about Princess Charlie Morningstar's stunt with the last extermination yet wouldn't start the meeting until you two would show up here. But nothing much has happened, I did say a couple of insults to those hags for overlords. But anyway did you to fuck that much last night that you really slept in?” My screen started to blush when she said that but Tino and Vel were just smirking towards me because of how flustered I was. “N-no Vel we just hanged out awhile last night.” 

She looked at me as if I was lying but I really wasn’t. “Sure you're definitely not lying. Oh god Vox I just remembered this, Alastors back.” I started to burst with anger releasing Alastor was somehow alive. Did that princess save him? Why was he so powerful? I then tried to calm myself down from questioning that trying to get back to focus and that problem could be for later. I turned to the two of them saying, “Well then I guess we should put on a show for them, we need to also get going inside to just finish this waste of time.” 

We walked into the meeting room to see everyone sitting in their seats having conversations. All the attention swiveled over as we sat down in our chairs. Carmila looked over at me and Val and said to us, “Why Vox and Val I'm glad you two decided to come to this meeting. May I ask before we start, why were you both late?” Val responded to her, “Don’t worry Carmine we were just a bit busy with other things. But we are out here now.” She seemed to have questioned Val’s brief answer, “I see, and what exactly made you both late?” The three of us were stunned that we were to stupid to make an excuse! We just looked at each other not knowing what to say. “Uhm we were doing our nails at the salon.” Val said with a slight touch of nervousness. Rosie jumped in and asked us confused, “Then why don't your nails don’t look different darling?” Shit, everyone started to gain suspicion on us. Also fucking Alastor is giving me a cocky look after Rosie said that as well.

I laughed nervously trying to clear the tense air, “Uhm did he say nails? I think he meant our hair was changed.” Everyone just stared at me with a blank confused face. Vel said confused, “Dude, you're both bald Vox. Not a good lie, airhead.” I thought to myself how I was a massive idiot at that moment.

“Are you guys just going to tell your drama to us before we start? Or are you two just some cowards?” Alastor chimed in sarcastically. I give him an immediate death stare from his comment, but Val grabs my shoulder to turn my attention to him. I calm down and smile lightley at his soft nature. As we looked into eachothers eyes for the very few seconds Rosie then for some reason gasped loudly gaining everyone including my attention. “Oh my stars! Vox and Valentino are in a relationship!” Rosie squealed out. Me and the other Vees started to sweat diminly. Vel jumped in trying to avoid Rosies conclusion, “Haha you guys really think these two would date each other hags? I mean Val is a lateral pimp and Vox is a true businessman chumps.” 

Val then nervously commented, “She's right! Plus as a couple we usually fuck but why would we just cuddle and hang out in vox room staying up late for the night?” I slowly turned my head to him, shocked he blindley just told them we were a couple. Shit! Maybe no one- “OH MY SATAN IT'S TRUE!” Rosie screeched out fangirling. “Tino! You just outed us!” I said embarrassed towards Val. “V-voxxy! It was an accident. I was just trying to help!” Val said, trying to calm me down. “Hmm, very interesting. Have you two considered how this will possibly ruin your reputation with us?” Zestial asked mysteriously. Carmila jumped in saying, “You two are ruining your image, like Velvette said Val is a pimp and Vox is a businessman. I have a feeling that someone has already posted about this. I seem a bit disappointed in you too.” Vel immediately made a comeback to her, “Oh my god. You actually know posting online you old prude. Why don’t you piss off?”

Me and Valentino just sat there, looking at each other. Silent while chaos was happening around us. Rosie is happy for us, Zestial and Carmila questioning our reputation and Alastor having his famous shit eating face grin. “You know maybe we are dating, but we are still efficient overlords. To be quite honest I don’t think me and the other Vee’s have to listen to your very spontaneous meeting anyways.” I stated out in front of everyone. Velvette interrupted saying, “Finally we can get away from these fuck nuts! Lets fuckin go bitches!” Me and Val smiled at her bitterly as we left the meeting room holding hands. On our way out all I could see was Carmila Carmine sighing as she was pinching her nose. Finally we could just go home…
