TWO WEEKS LATER
"Why we're not in court.?" Devale ask his lawyer as he met up with him in his office
"Did you see anyone in the conference room.?" Devale lawyer ask
"No why.?" Devale ask
"She want to settle.!" Devale lawyer say
"Thats good right.?" Devale ask
"Yes it is, I guest she realize you wasnt playing games with her but she only have one request." Devale lawyer said
"And whats that.?" Devale ask
"She want the old agreement back-
"I know she would she'll get more money.!" Devale said
"I think we should take it seriously.!" Devale lawyer said
"Alright, as long as we get this shit done and over with today.!" Devale said
"Aye I think I see them walking in lets go.!" Devale lawyer said as they headed toward the conference room, Devale was ready to get this all said and done so he could see his kids again. As they walk in Kay and her lawyer were getting ready to sit down
"Thanks for calling this meeting.!" Devale layer said
"Yeah my client want this to be over with!" Kay lawyer said
"Same with my client.!" Devale lawyer said
"Did you discuss with your client our terms.?" Kay lawyer ask
"Yes and he's more then happy to agree.!" Devale lawyer said
"Great now the only thing left todo before signing Is talk about the kids schedule-
"Thats already in the agreement." Devale lawyer said
"My client doesnt agree to that-
"Then no deal." Devale said
"Ohh please now who's being bitter." Kay said
"Umh still you we couldve been settle this." Devale said
"And fuck my feelings." Kay said
"Your feelings.? Im the one that should be mad, piss hell bitter but im not. Im even letting you keep the house and the money in the saving-

"Yes cause you playing bullshit as games and I dont have time for it. The money in the saving account is for our agreement which you didnt agree to so why would I let you have asset to it.?" Devale ask
"Devale we been through so much and you really gonna throw us away.?" Kay ask
"Maybe we should step out." Devale lawyer said as both lawyer step out
"Kay what are you doing.?" Devale ask
"Speaking my mind." Kay said
"And what do you think that'll do.?" Devale ask
"Give us a chance you didnt even fight for us-
"There's nothing to fight for, Kay I couldve forgiven you for the cheating and went to marriage counsel-
"And why didnt you Devale.? Why didnt you fight for us.? Is it because I didnt want to have a five baby-
