I was disguised as one of the people unloading the weapons, though I wouldn't call it a disguise when it's just black jumpsuits, caps and a mask. Either way, it does the job.

I came up and helped unload them when another truck stopped next to the one people were unloading, but instead of goods, people were coming out and rushing inside.

Weird.

Not long after, I heard yelling coming from inside, and since I was near the door, I could barely make out what they were saying.

What on earth are these guys doing?

------------------------------------------------------------
Caspian's POV

I waltz in and this place isn't quite what I had expected.
For one, it's  a lot more organized for a warehouse, and it was decorated pretty decently.

I tap on the side of my face and my visors appeared. I look around, and I see a heat signature on the ceiling. I'm obviously confused so I scan the entity and find that it's just Cael. He was camouflaged to the fucking ceiling.

I tap on my ear cuff and he answers.
"What's up?"
"Why are you clinging to the ceiling like a arachnid?"
"No one can see me up here. Besides, I like watching your every move."
"What if you fall?"
"I can't fall, the suction gloves can hold up to 200 pounds."
"Pretty sure you're more than that, but okay."
He stayed silent before realizing what I had said.

"You son of a-"

I cut the call before heading to the dealer.
There were different people there- some burly looking men, girls that looked like all they did was crack- no disrespect, of course.
Although, they probably did.

Some of them kept looking at me weird. I guess I'm just that handsome.

I meet up with one of the dealers and he leads me to the back. He opens a giant crate and me and the other buyers look in awe.

I am not lying when I say that is the most impressive display of weaponry I've seen.

Is this how drug dealers feel when they see a bunch of crack?

As other people went forward to gather weapons, I subtly placed a small timer on the ground.
I know bombing the place wasn't part of the plan, but it just felt right.

I took pictures of the area with my visor and picked a weird looking laser-thingy.

"What are you doing?" Cael said from behind me and I literally jumped.

"What are you doing here? You're supposed to be spying."
"I got bored. Now answer my question. You're not smuggling anything, are you?"
"I'm getting a weapon to take back to HQ."
"That's it?" He snatched it from my hand and examined it.
I honestly wouldn't let that slide but we're in public, so I'll just wait.

"It looks suspicious."
"It's an illegal weapon, of course it looks suspicious."
"No, not that. It looks like-"

Before he could finish, the man we saw in the hologram earlier spoke.

"Sorry to interrupt gentlemen, but corporate tells me there's a spy in the warehouse. Everyone hear is to be interrogated. Until then, no one leaves."
Cael and I looked at each other and he subtly put his face mask back on.

The men started to interrogate people and we were next.

I swear, if Cael says anything he isn't supposed to, I'm killing him before they can kill me.

Aeryn's POV

A bunch of men gather us and tell us to interrogate some people inside the warehouse, because apparently, those two shit-for-brains blew their covers.

I make my way towards them and they look like they just saw a ghost.

Way to make it obvious.

"Okay you two, what did you do?"

"I just came here to... browse weaponry?" Cael flashed a nervous grin and I rolled my eyes.

"It's me, idiots." I pull down my face mask.

"Oh, it's just her."

"What did you do?"
"We didn't do anything. I was gathering evidence when Cael came from his position then we were gonna be interrogated." Cas said.
"Don't pin the blame on me. You're the one planting bombs everywhere." Cael defended.

"Wait,you planted bombs?"
"Calm down, they haven't set off yet."
"YET?"
"Well yeah. I haven't set the timer yet."
"Our mission was to gather evidence, not destroy it."

"You guys might want to stop yelling." One of the men said and all eyes were on us.

Shit.

"Gentlemen, before you do anything risky, just know that we're with TOPS." Cael said surprisingly calmly.
"That makes it worse, idiot."

Before the men could charge at us, we heard beeping and everyone fell silent.

It became faster.

Faster.

"We need to run."

Less than a second after, the place blew up and multiple weapons, boxes and people went flying in the opposite direction.
I hit my head on the edge of a box and it started bleeding.

Caspian's bomb couldn't have done that much damage. Now that I think about it, I doubt he actually placed one.

After that thought, I blacked out."
