It's mid-October in 2022, and the arc is currently in the lawsuit arc. Mario is flying into a courtroom at high speeds in the sky in his classic red and blue overalls and hat. With Lawyer Kong behind him, he is flying in a Koppa car that usually belongs to Bowser Jr. Determined, Mario flies through the courtroom's door and raises his arm as if holding something. Wait, is that toilet paper that has something written on it with crayons?! Well, I don't get paid enough for this shit. Where was I? Oh, right. Lawyer Kong zooms right behind him, and then Judge Kirby gets up from his slumber and calls out to Lawyer Kong. He is about to strip the toilet paper from Mario's hand while Mario is pinned onto the ground.
"Lawyer Kong, what are you doing!?" the little pink puffball yells out while trying to figure out what Lawyer Kong is doing now.
"Umm, nothing important for you to know, Judge Kirby," Lawyer Kong replies, his tone as formal as he can manage while wrestling Mario to keep the toilet paper hidden. "Okay, I am not as dumb as others in this room. And I have seen the paper Lawyer Kong." As the piece of paper lands in Kirby's hand, the little pink puffball points out its significance. The toilet paper, a bizarre and unexpected piece of evidence, states that it goes against Lawyer Kong's DMCA, meaning a court trial is necessary between him and all of the SMG4 characters for the DMCA to take effect. The SMG4 characters can now fight for their freedom. And so it begins-the trial between SMG4 and Nintendo. Then, a second all of the SMG4 characters appear in the courtroom as Kirby summons them to a court trial Melony, Tari, saiko, Meggy, and SMG3 are all there, and he also brings the Nintendo characters like all of the toads, Luigi, boopkins, and Bob. Indeed, SMG4 is grateful for all of this, right... wait, where is he? I don't see him at all... Is he dead? ... please come on. You are supposed to be here. Where are you SMG4?
