INDIGO'S POV:

Bora's words broke me. It made me realise that I was not the only one who couldn't move on, 𝙨𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚.

''Say it again.'' I pulled back from the hug and faced Bora.

''Say what ?''

''Say you still love me.'' she hesitated, she knew what she was doing and it was not the right decision but she ignored all her other thoughts.

''YEAHH, I still love you.''

''Then let's break my marriage. We'll find a way somehow. Let's get together.'' I tugged her hair strands behind her ear.

''I can't ,Jina loves you a lot, she is my only friend, she was there when I needed her the most, I can't betray her. She eyes twinkles when she talks about you, Indigo she loves you genuinely. And also the curse might turn back.

''Bora ,Jina knew about our relationship and she hided it from you. I think she decided the dates for our marriage because she thought we both might get back together. She must have some intention, let's talk to her together.''

''She must have loved you Indigo and she was scared that she won't get you. Look she is happy and I suddenly don't want to change anything, You both are gonna marry, my life and business is going well here and the curse is no where to be seen. Indigo think wisely.''

''Well you just can't assume things Bora, she might also have thought bad things about you and wanted us to separate. I started to feel weird about Jina.''

Okayy fine ,just for you ,I am gonna talk to Jina. But remember if I get to know she loved you, you can't back up from your marriage.'' she got up and went to the dining room.

''You should stay here for today Indigo, its already dark outside.''

I couldn't even sleep a blink . Indigo was sleeping in the next room to mine but it felt like he was miles away from me. I had a lot of things to tell him ,to ask him what was he doing this whole time without me, but I just couldn't find the courage to go to him. I knew, the moment I would look in his eyes, I will cry and somehow end up in his embrace.

I wanted to get back to him too even if I knew it would end up being bad and I never wanted that. 𝙄 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙤? And I found the answer. 𝙔𝙚𝙨, 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚. 𝙃𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙚, 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙄 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜?

I picked up my phone and dialed the call.

''Hey Bora wassup.'' Jina's weak was weak, like she woke up from her sleep.

''Let's meet up, I want to talk to you. You know the cafe in the alley road near our old highschool right, come at 10:00.'' I hangup the phone and go towards the room where Indigo slept. I opened the room just to find an empty bed and a letter under the cactus pot kept in the side table. I picked it up,

Smile crept in my face after reading his letter. I trailed my fingers above his letter. I knew I hated honey but he always forced me to have pancakes with honey, but I preferred chocolate. I went back to the table. That familier smell of pancakes, I loved it. I just had 3 bites when I remembered that I had to meet Jina.

''Shit ,I am late again.'' I picked up my bag quickly and ran towards the cafe. There she was, blonde hair and hourglass figure, she was a part time influencer but I always suggested her to make it full time, she could carry it very well. She was scrolling through her phone but then her gaze fell on me. She happily waved towards me.

''Hey wifeyy ,here.'' I waved back to her happily. But I was scared, just after few minutes we could build hatred towards each other cause I was gonna find why she hided the fact from me that she know I loved Indigo.

We took a table beside the window.

''I didn't expect you to ask for a meet after how you did''. Jina said jokingly.

''Waitttt , did you literally think that I could leave talking to my one and only bestie?''

There we were, talking like little kids, this was the only reason I was scared to ask her about Indigo. What if she really wanted me and Indigo to separate so her arranged her marriage. I can't think about how much broken I would feel after knowing my only friend wanted my bad.

''Jina, there is something I wanna ask you.'' She took a sip of her iced mocha and looked at me.

Jina why didn't you tell me that you knew I loved Indigo? Did you arrange your marriage just  because you thought that we would get together?𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙢 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙢𝙚?

Tears escaped my eyes as I said the last sentence. She just hung her head low until she spoke.

''You would have been hurt if I told you Bora. I just couldn't tell you that I knew about your relationship with Indigo. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚? ''You are right Bora, I arranged the marriage early, but not because I wanted you both to separate, but because I loved him and I didn't want to lose him.''

I couldn't look straight in her eyes.
