Hey, Reader! It's me-and it's been a while!

So... kumusta naman kayo?😊

I just wanted to check in and say thank you. I heard around 2 to 3 weeks ago that Wattpad started mass deleting inactive users, and I honestly got nervous. That's why I reinstalled the app even though I've been busy with work lately, still trying to balance everything in life. From almost 100k followers, it went down to 77k-about 23k or 23% were inactive accounts. But I'm grateful my account wasn't affected, even if I had been gone for quite a while. Now I'm back!

Sorry for the long wait. I wasn't able to continue the story right away because it's a mix of my personal life and love experiences. So every time I write a chapter based on real events, it hits a little too close to home. There's pain, there are ghosts from the past-but I'm pushing through.

If you noticed, I dropped quite a few updates yesterday-around 9 chapters! Chapters 67 to 75 of STRAIGHT AS GUITAR STRINGS [Interlude] are now up. That's the continuation/sequel of the story. I'm finally ready to finish it. I started it, and I'm determined to see it through-even if it hurts. 😅

Also, thank you so much because #SAGS1 already hit 122K reads! I hope you continue supporting the story. Thank you for the trust and the love you've shown. I love you all, too. Belated Happy Pride Month and belated Happy 4th of July! For those asking or will ask: YES, you have to read the story in chronological order. I really don't think you'll fully understand it otherwise. They're not stand-alone stories-it's a trilogy, so like it or not (haha), you have to start from the beginning.

Why? Because I find the structure so unique. The titles are musical terms that reflect the theme of the story. " Prelude" marks the beginning of a musical piece. "Interlude" is a short section that connects or shows transition/conflict. "Coda" is the closing part that wraps up the composition.

Dear Reader,

I'm happy to announce that I've finished posting the English translation of this story. I am excited to see what happens next so please stay tuned. The story already reached 70,000+ reads and I thank you so much guys for that. Also, to those who keep posting #SAGS on social media, esp on TikTok because I've been seeing a lot of video edits about #SAGS, I do really appreciate you guys. It motivates me to keep going, I love y'all. Yk, I have so many stories (still hidden in closet like me) that I'm about to tell the world; I just need courage because most of them are based on a true story I've experienced in life, just like #SAGS and I'm afraid that the characters involved in the story and the real people in real life will know it someday. But, I already started it so, it is what it is.

Dear Reader,

After the EPILOGUE, the following updates will be the ENGLISH VERSION of the story. In the meantime, there is no exact date or certainty regarding a sequel. However, if the story reaches 100k or 200k reads (or if I reaches 100k followers), I will post something about it that you'll surely love, or perhaps there's a chance for a book two? I don't think so, do you? If you believe otherwise, prove me wrong.
