I put down my phone and turn to my side . There i saw the most beautiful i have ever seen . Looking straight to the front while jotting down notes .

" What are you staring at ? "

" Ohh , umm , uhh , err nothing ", i said flustered after getting caught

She just nod and continue listening to the lecturer.

" How can someone be so beautiful and elegant ? ", i whispered

" Huh , did you say something "

" Ohh nothing ", i said before shifting my attention to the class .

" Chae , u wanna go to the nearby cafe with me ? ", Mina asked

" Sure , lemme just inform my sister "

We packed our bags before heading out .

When we reached the cafe , the settings was so beautiful , it has a retro vibes and perfect scenery for a couple .

We took a seat near the window and order our drinks .

After awhile , we got our drinks . While we were sitting and drinking peacefully , i realised that Mina have been wanting to say something but didn't speak up .

" Is something bothering u ? ", i asked

" Ohhh , uhhh i have something to tell u ", she said

" What is it ? ", i looked at her waiting patiently for her to speak up .

" I like u "

Those 3 words gave me mixed feelings . I felt all the emotions rushing through my head , happy , confused , worried and anxious .

' no chaeyoung , u can't do this to your bestfriend '

I kept my silence for awhile before speaking up ,

" I'm so sorry but I can't accept your love "

That's it , i said it and now i felt like killing myself .

Mina looked at me , confused .

" But i thought u like me too ? What about my name on your book ? ", she asked

" Ohh , that wasn't my book , that was Tzuyu's ", i replied

" Wait , so it was tzuyu who likes me , not you ? ", she asked

" Yea... ", i replied sadly

" But don't u at least feel a single thing for me ? ", she asked

" I'm so sorry but i have to go . Here's the money for the drinks ", i passed her the money and went off .

' I'm really sorry Mina , but i had to do this . I don't want to break my friendship with tzuyu '
