( eyes of the sun) basically in short terms , you can manipulate sun energy and mainly it's light source and use it to your advantage. you can shoot sun rays,beams,arrows and even propel yourself above ground and more. since your quirk is very powerful there are many drawbacks. you could possibly end up blinding yourself and others if you use 90% of your power.
