With a soft smile and blooded eyes, he leaned towards Gulf's face to give forehead kiss. For 3 hours, the demon held Gulf in his arms and kept caressing his shoulder softly but before he could do anything, Gulf cooed softly and mumbled which indicated that he is gonna wake up now. Demon immediately converted his body into Mew's body till then Gulf opened his eyes partly.

" V... Vi... Vikki. " Cooed Gulf. The demon was losing his cool already but Mew was trying his best to hold it.

" V....Vik.... Vikki.... " Cooed Gulf while trying to open his eyes but due to excessive crying and fever, his eyes were burning and also swelled so much. It was so puffy.

" Hey shh shh~ I'm here. Don't be panicked. " Said Mew in a very soft tone.

" S.... Save Vikki. Please save him. " Said Gulf in a very sleepy way. Demon kept holding Gulf's body while giving all the warmth to him but..... Gulf finally opened his eyes and realised some unknown but little familiar warmth around him which confused him. In a weak state, Gulf turned his face up to see the person holding his body and finally it get to know that it was Mew. Gulf startled and he suddenly got up while looking at Mew shockingly. Mew and Demon got startled.

" What happened? " Asked Mew.

" Mew!? Why you are here? When did you came? " Asked Gulf.

" I'm here for like hours. You were sleeping so I didn't disturbed you. " Said Mew. Gulf got calmed and looked down sadly.

" Okay but what you are doing in my bedroom? " Asked Gulf in a soft sad tone.

" I'm here to see you. I.... I got the news about..... Vikki. I'm really sorry for the loss you had. Feeling really sorry for you also for not being able to be with you when this all happened. " Said Mew.

" Thank you Mew but, please leave me on my condition. I want to stay alone for the rest of my life. " Said Gulf. Demon (Mew) sighed and he held Gulf's hand.

" No one can and should stay alone for the rest of the life. Everyone needs a lover to take care and love unconditionally which you know I do. " Said demon. Gulf clenched his fist and he angrily got up.

" Are you really human? You really think this is a perfect time to flirt with me? For real? Come on Mew! You know I was taken by Vikki and even if he left, I'll always gonna be his! He.... He died so miserably *sobs and fell on his knees* he... He loved me so much till his last breath. " Said Gulf and he started crying. Mew immediately went towards Gulf and hugged him tightly. Gulf hugged him back tightly and burst into tears.

" Hey shhh please stop crying, my love. Please try to calm down. " Said Gulf while crying. Mew (Demon) hugged him and kept caressing his back.

" I know how you are feeling right now. Losing someone you loved very much, who other than me would know how painful it is to see his death with own eyes. We become so attached to someone that we dream of living the whole life with them, but, life does something such that it snatches away that partner from us no matter how hard we try and give us a life long regret of not being able to save or not being able to love enough. The pain you are in right now is very fresh and I can understand Gulf. All I can say is go ahead and pay attention to the one who loves you or wants to. You see for yourself, what was Vikki's age that he faced death? Life is very short, darling. Instead of waiting for the sake of doing it, live your life to the fullest. I know it will take time but don't lose courage, everything will be fine. " Said Mew (Demon) and made Gulf stand up. With teary eyes, Gulf looked at Mew and hugged him tightly.
