-wonyoung grew up in the fairy world, where their one rule was: never talk to humans. humans were bad, and were never to be trusted. or, so she was told. she always had a fascination with humans and their "trinkets" as she liked to call them. she would often sneak off through the barrier to watch them in secret and find things they had discarded. one day, she was stopped by a young man. she was scared at first, but thought he was really nice. eventually, she found herself slipping away more and more often, just to see him. one day, she told him (and showed him) that she was a fairy, and he said he accepted her for who she was. that night, she told her parents about him, and they were pissed. they even said they'd tell the fairy guard to close the portal, or about the boy and she'd get her wings taken away. she decided to run away and stay with him. when she finally found him that night, she saw him with another girl. she was so heartbroken, and she couldn't handle it. she screamed before running to the woods, sobbing. he did run after her, but couldn't find her within the woods. she decided from that day forward to stay on her own, both to keep her wings and to never see that boy again.
