As I woke up I looked at the clock. Seeing that it was 11:38 I realized I had 5 hours till the meet and greet so I got up. After a long night of partying the night before, I usually wake up later that 11. I rushed to the bathroom to wash my hair and get ready. I blow dried my long ash brown hair then straightened it. I did my casual winged eye liner and realized i had already wasted a hour. I gently pulled a Sleeping with Sirens shirt out my drawer and a pair of ripped skinny jeans. I slid my black vans on and took off out the door. Driving to Chipolte I passed a sign saying "Pierce the Veil Meet and Greet at 4:30". As I entered Chipolte I saw some people from school so I hid my face, I had a feeling one of them saw me so I just went along. I got the usual steak, rice and cheese burrito and headed out the door. As I walked to my car I saw one of the people from Chipolte so I sped up to get in. By the time I buckled up he was at my window so i just looked strait ahead. The man knocked on the Window, I looked to see who it was. I realized the face very quickly and and rolled down the window. It was my old best friend from high school named Matt. I repiled "what are you doing,why are you here?" He gave me a strange look. It reminded me I had bruises on my cheek bone and scratches on my face. He asked "what happened, whats going on, how did that happen?" In a worried tone. I said "im fine just hit my face and ive been good" even though I was lying through my teeth. He replied with "oh ok, what are you doing today?" "Going to a meet and greet with Pierce the Veil". Me and him bonded over music all through out high school and even made a band but quickly seperated due to fighting over who was drums and where we were gonna play. "Can I join you for the meet and greet?" he asked kind of excitingly. Now I had to choose to let him come or be alone.
