I took off out the door. I was greeted by cold rain. I shrugged it off and continued to run. I soon foun myself deep in thought.

I walked inside a small store followed by some man. As soon as I was out of his way. He looked at everyone and pulled out a gun.

I wimpered and dug through my purse. Did I have that kinda cash?I pulled out a twenty dollar bill. And handed it to him. He smiled.
"I wanted FIFTY!" I heard the gun cock.
I expect a small bullet to penetrate my brain, but it never came. I looked up to see Brandon holding the gun the man was holding only seconds earlier.
