Next day

She woke up , made her bed and went to take a bath. After having a bath she did some necessary skin care and got ready , she wore her dance clothes made some avocado toast and scrambled eggs with a coffee for herself. After enjoying her breakfast she cleaned the kitchen area, then went towards her room and finished getting ready by applying some light makeup consisting of blush, mascara , a gloss and made a ponytail so she could teach dance freely without getting her hair at the way while getting ready she thought about why she rented an apartment in the first place. She was ecstasy that now she doesn't have to worry about those creepy messages and that stalker unaware of the fact that she couldn't get rid of him that easily. After her crying session yesterday she felt some kind of relief and with a leveled mind she thought that she is old enough to live on her own and moreover her parents live in the same city she could visit them whenever she wants.

After getting ready and checking everything she picked her bag , keys and went outside the apartment. Dontella was locking the apartment when she heard a jingle sound from her back she ignored it thinking her neighbors were coming out or going inside. Suddenly she felt chills all over her body she knew this feeling she was sure of it that it was him but her heart was not ready to accept that he was behind her and how could he be even in her building thought she. There was a constant battle between her heart and mind and the only solution was to look behind so that's what she did. She was shocked to see him in front of her in the same hallway as her with the keys looking identical to hers. Her heart recognized him even when her mind was not ready to accept it. It was not the time to dwell upon that so she did the second best thing that is to ask him why he is here.

Dontella p.o.v:-

When I was locking the apartment I don't know why I felt that he was behind me and I don't even know why even am I recognizing his presence. I turned around hoping that my heart is lying and it's not him but who am I even kidding I knew from the moment I felt his presence behind me that it's him. I turned around finding him staring at me Or should I say looking directly in my soul. He was so lost that he didn't realized that he was staring at me from the past 5 minutes and it's getting quite irritating so I snapped my finger infront of his eyes bringing him out of his trance.

Dontella:- quit staring at me i am not one of your art piece that you are inspecting and what are you even doing here are you stalking me Mr. Diaz?

Vincent:- I am not staring at you miss Williams I was just lost in my thoughts and why would you even think that I am stalking you? You are not that special.

Dontella:- Let's assume that you are not stalking or following me then how will you explain your presence in front of my apartment and in this building where I live?

Vincent:- preferably by saying that I live here way before you started to live here. Also for your information I live in this apartment which is just opposite to yours.

Dontella:- Okay I get it.

Vincent:- So I think I should say that you are following me.

Dontella:- Don't get ahead of yourself I have zero interest in even getting to know you so why would I even follow you and after knowing that you are my next door neighbour I am not even going to live here anymore.

Vincent:- What about the clause in your leash? You are ready to pay that much money?

Dontella:- How do you even know about my leash?

Vincent:- Because I also live here and I know the rules obviously.

Dontella:- okay okay I get it you don't have to be sarcastic and also you are not even important that I will leave this apartment because of you.

Vincent:- Of course it has nothing to do with the contract you signed, I get it.

Dontella:- of course. Now don't bother me I am getting late for my work.

After saying that I practically ran from there so that I could get away from him. He was partially right if not for the contract I signed I would have left this apartment but also this apartment is too beautiful to leave just for a stupid reason like this. He will be in his home while I will be in mine so I don't have to face him every hour and minute of my day so it will be fine. I entered the elevator and clicked the ground floor button and after a minute I was out of the building, into a cab going towards my dance studio. I hope someday I can open my own dance academy rather than working under someone else , still I can't complain because I get to teach students. As soon as I reached the academy I started my warm up and gave the students the green light so they could start their stretching while I went towards Rose to ask about the new pot and when she will come to my home. Saying my home feels so strange and new to me but it also give me the feel of being an adult though mostly people of my age do not live with their parents they mostly leave their parents home as soon as they get to uni but my parents didn't wanted to sent us and honestly I also didn't wanted to leave them. Nevertheless life is all about experiencing new things and that's what I am doing. It's my first day in the apartment and I know it will be challenging and tough to live on my own but it will also teach me to do things on my own without my mother's help.
Rose said that after class we will go to buy the plant. So i went towards the class and started the practice. After their practice they made there way towards the plant shop.

As they stepped into the cozy plant nursery, sunlight filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow over rows of vibrant greenery. The air was thick with the earthy scent of soil and the delicate perfume of flowers.

Dontella's eyes sparkled with excitement as she scanned the shelves, her fingers lightly grazing the leaves of a towering monstera plant. "This would look amazing in the corner of the living room," she mused, her voice filled with enthusiasm.

Beside her, Rose nodded in agreement, her gaze drawn to a row of peace Lily "These would be perfect for the kitchen windowsill," she suggested, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

Together, they wandered through the aisles, sharing laughter and stories as they carefully selected an assortment of plants to breathe life into her new home. Each plant they chose seemed to reflect a piece of their shared vision for her space - vibrant, lively, and full of warmth.

Leaving the tranquil oasis of the plant nursery behind, Dontella and Rose made their way towards the bustling mall, the air buzzing with the energy of shoppers and the faint scent of freshly baked goods wafting from nearby cafes.

As they entered the bright, expansive space, their eyes widened with anticipation at the endless array of shops and boutiques stretching out before them. With a shared grin, they set off on their shopping adventure, weaving through the crowds with ease.

Their first stop was a trendy home decor store, where they eagerly browsed through racks of throw pillows, cozy blankets, and quirky wall art. "Imagine this pillow on the couch," Dontella exclaimed, holding up a fluffy cushion adorned with playful polka dots.

Rose chuckled and nodded in agreement, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she spotted a sleek floor lamp that would perfectly complement her new living room aesthetic but she was short on money so Rose helped her to buy that.

"They went to stores and tried on clothes together, having fun and giving each other compliments. They laughed a lot and found some great clothes.

When the afternoon ended and the sun started setting, they left the mall with lots of bags full of things they bought. They were happy and content as they went home, looking forward to their next adventures, even though they were going separate ways."
