The Legend of Uzumaki

1. Back in Time

Naruto looked around knowing that the Valley of the End used to be a very hostile area during the Clan Wars era, as it served as a regular battlefield for clashes between the Senju and the Uchiha. The sound of battle coming from not very far away was proof of the correctness of his knowledge. He had gathered as many facts as he could before Kurama sent him back in time so that he didn't face much difficulty in adapting to the violent era of clan wars.

Making sure everything he had stored in the storage seal on the bandage of his right hand was still there, he shunshined in the direction, where he could hear the sound of battle. His red eyes, which had become so due to the reaction of his interaction with such a large amount of Kurama's chakra, narrowed with anger as he spotted the familiar leader of Uchihas, launching a great fireball towards an albino Senju who, he was sure, couldn't be anyone other than Tobirama.

Tobirama was currently fighting alone as the platoon led by Madara and Izuna Uchiha, had already murdered two of Tobirama's team. Naruto could see the 'Vajra' symbol of the Senjus on the back of the fallen's armour. It disgusted Naruto to see how the Uchihas laughed and jeered at Tobirama now that he was alone, but he tried to keep his judgment in check. For all he knew, it might be a common thing in such violent times, when names and prestige meant more than life.

He knew that he didn't need to interfere, as Tobirama had of course survived the day, seeing he was the Nidaime Hokage of Konoha in future, but he decided to jump in anyway. It would ease the Senjus into helping him meet the Uzumakis, as he had no idea where they were situated in the present time.

Moulding his chakra and making the bird seal, he launched the powerful wind attack, "Fuuton: Kaze no Yaiba! (Wind Style: Blade of wind!)"

Tobirama gritted his teeth as he summoned a large wall of water with only one hand sign to counter Madara's great fireball. He knew he was in a perilous situation and the chances of him going home alive were very close to none. His blood boiled as he thought about his younger brother Itama, who had found himself surrounded in a similar situation when he was even younger and he never came back home. They had found his body, a sword pinning him to a stone through his heart, the next day. He cursed thinking that if only he could have completed the new time-space ninjutsu he was working on, he would have been able to escape.
It was then he heard a sound summoning a wind technique usually used by the shinobi of the land of wind.

"Fuuton: Kaze no Yaiba! (Wind Style: Blade of wind!)"

The sharp wind blades ran through two of Uchiha, standing near Izuna, who was only saved due to Madara summoning the Susanoo ribcage over themselves. The ones who were hit weren't so lucky, as the wind tore through them, leaving their corpse in pieces.

"Uchiha!", the same voice growled, filled with hate.

The Uchiha now split their attention, Madara and two others focusing on the newcomer while Izuna and the rest still kept their attention on him.

"Who are you, shinobi?" Madara's deep voice questioned in a growl, no doubt angry at losing two members of his clan to a stranger, "Not that it would matter. I will make sure to send you to the afterlife!"

"I am Uzumaki Naruto!" the stranger replied, shocking not only the Uchihas but also him as he knew that every Uzumaki had crimson red hair, due to their dominating genetics, while the stranger's was golden blonde, "and I assure you Uchiha, that I will not loose so easily!"

"Then let's dance!" Madara roared using his ridiculous catchphrase for fight, as he manifested the arms of Susanoo and brought it down on Uzumaki to crush him.

"Katon: Goryuka no justsu! (Fire Style: Dragon flame technique!)" Tobirama heard the Uchihas he was facing chorus, making him curse as he went through three hand signs and launched the Water Style: Great waterfall technique, to you get three B-rank fire attacks coming his way.
