Ilene's POV
Jia and Y/N are currently on the couch, wrapped in blankets, all because they refused to wear coats yesterday in the rain...kids am I right? They decided to watch a movie in the dark, only because they were bored of laying in bed all day😒 I'm now in the kitchen making the soup for them, they aren't that sick, I mean they only have a cold. But still I love them and I don't want them to get worse.
I walked into the living room and gave them their soup. "Are you two okay for me to go run some errands?" I sign to them and they just nod, Jia was laying against her sister, basically half asleep and Y/N's throat stills hurts, so she just nods for now. "Alright, call me if you need anything, I love you" "Love you too mom" "love you too..." Jia signed to me and Y/N tried to talk, but I smiled anyway. I grabbed my bag, phone and keys and left to go to work.
Y/N's POV
Mom just left for work and Jia was asleep? Idk, but I knew she was tired, so I just let her lay on me. I haven't really talked a lot today, mainly because my throat hurts like hell... We have been watching a movie for a while now and since Jia fell asleep, I've been watching 'The boys' on YouTube😍 I know they aren't really for my age, but...mom's gone for now so idc 😘 So I put on some their old brush videos, because they make me laugh the most. I grabbed my bowl of soup and started eating, I took my time, because like I said my throat still hurts, but that doesn't matter.
After I ate my soup, I put mine and Jia's bowls on the coffee table and rested my head on the arm of the couch (sofa for my Brits🇬🇧) and about 10 minutes later I fell asleep, hugging Jia. (🥹)
Ilene's POV
I had about another 10-20 minutes till I could go home? I just hope the girls are alright, well I know they are, but I just get worried sometimes. Y/N and Jia are inseparable, it's funny you know? Having two kids, One that is connected to Godzilla and the other connected to Mothra. Do I care? Absolutely not, I love them no matter what, but I know some people who would pay millions to have the type of power Y/N and Jia posses...
A few seconds later my alarm went off, indicating I could go home, so I quickly packed my things and drove home. I opened the door to the house. "Y/N! I'm home!" No response, so I went into the living room, only to see Y/N and Jia hugging each other while they sleep😧 So obviously I took a picture, I loved that they treated each other like actual siblings, it was so cute!
I put my things away and just stayed in the kitchen doing work on anything else that needed to be done. I also went through some monarch files that I had received, they were pretty much the same...talking about Godzilla and checking up on Kong. Eventually I fell asleep as well, God today was a long day😔
