everyone was in chicago for aau tryouts for the weekend. they were walking into the building and she had seen nelson and walked over to him. "yoo veah" he dapped her up which she returned. he had wrapped an arm around her before they started walking towards the building together. "nelson you finna 1v1 somebody today" cam said making nelson start complaining.

"so a twelve year old pulled up and i was like this is for fifteen and up so i said if you beat nelson you can make the team" cam had just shrugged it off as he wasn't worried about his player losing. on the other hand neveah could tell he was nervous.

"this is the one thing nelson said he didn't want to do so he has to cook" as they were walking in neveah could tell that the boy was getting anxious.

"are you nervous?" she asked and he had nodded his head. neveah had felt sympathy for the boy as he actually thought cam was going to replace him if he lost.

"it's ok you got it. your like a really good player" the sentence had calmed down some of the boys nerves
before they walked into the building.

neveah had seen all the players around her and it had finally hit her how many people were actually there. she had started picking at her skin and she had kept zoning out. romelo caught on to the girls actions and he snapped his fingers in front of her face which made her realize that she was zoned out.

"you good?" romelo had looked at the girl who was still out of it. neveah wasn't used to being around so many people at one time. she wasnt mentally prepared for how crowded and loud it was going to get. "huh, oh yeah i'm fine" romelo had just nodded his head and they had both caught up with where the rest of the group was.

as they were walking a bunch of people came up to cam and started giving him fist bumps and high fives. "ultimate fucking glaze" neveah and nelson laughed before cam flipped them both off. "say something else and yall are both running down and back"

"hes not talking to me" nelson replied while neveah and nelson were still laughing at cam who was trying not to break character by laughing . "both of yall down and back right fucking now" cam had playfully yelled at them but the pair had just looked at him like he was crazy. the two had just walked up and down the court making cam finally break character. "i don't know who he thinks he is making us run" neveah said making nelson agree.

cam had brought the two in front of the camera and introduced them. "alright yall we got lil nelson and baby veah in the cut" neveah had awkwardly waved at the camera because she didn't know what else to do. she still hasn't been in front of the camera long enough for her to be used to it. she tried her best to hide how awkward and weird she felt when she was talking in front of the camera.

lavar was talking to the camera and he had showed off his outfit claiming 'he wasn't here to play around'. it had made neveah laugh because he was wearing pajama pants and an over sized white tee shirt. "this is nigga is not locked in" she had pointed at lavar and he started chasing her around the gym. "help me!" neveah had hid behind cam who quickly got out the way. "sorry can't get caught up in any funny buisness" lavar had picked the girl up off of her feet and threw her over his shoulder. "this is what happens when you don't mind your fucking buisness."

they had finally started running 5 on 5's and 1v1. neveah was sitting down and she had started picking at her skin which was a very bad habit of hers. as she was sitting down giannis was walking around and noticed the girl. "yo you good veah?"

"uh, yeah why?" she questioned looking up at the boy.

"you just look out of it. and your also sitting alone in a room with a bunch of people like a fucking loser" giannis had quickly added the last part which made them both laugh. she had got up from where she was sitting and she had seen lavar about to 1v1 someone with tap shoes on.

neveah had walked over to the camera to point out the game that was happening. "these niggas are not locked in what the fuck is this" she had pointed at the boy who had shown off his shoes before the game started. "he's not getting picked up i'll tell you that right now" she walked over to the crowed standing between nelson and cam.

they had checked up the ball and the boy tried to shoot a jump shot but lavar had easily blocked it. lavar tried to shoot a jumper but missed making everyone do x's with their arms. the boy got to ball back but quickly lost after attempting to make a dumb shot. lavar had got the ball and he had faked a shot before going to dunk on him. everyone had surrounded lavar but he had left to go talk to the camera. "dumb ass thought he could lock me up in lemon pepper steppers"

they left the gym and they all got into an uber with the same seat arrangements. "what do yall want to eat"

"wendy's" both neveah and giannis said making nelson scrunch up his face.

"out of all places you chose wendy's?" you could basically hear the confusion in his voice which made neveah let out a small laugh. "this is coming from the one who willingly eats mcdonalds"

they all got their food and made it back to the hotel. they all went to their separate rooms to shower before going back to cams and nelson's room. they were all talking about random stuff and neveah was sitting next to lavar while listening to music through her airpods. as she was peacefully listening to her music giannis had looked at her phone to she what she was listening to. "veah who the fuck is jaydes?"

"one of the best artist out there" she had responded in a 'duh' tone. everyone else looked confused as they didn't know who that was but lavar dapped her up as he agreed with her statement. "they don't fuck with underground like we do"

neveah was on her phone and she had seen multiple text messages from eryn. she had got confused because she blocked her on imessages but she didn't on social media. she had ignored the notification before rolling her eyes. she didn't know why eryn kept texting her if she was the one who walked out on her. neveah had kept receiving notifications from eryn and she had started calling her on instagram. neveah had put her phone on 'do not disturb' before putting her phone down. but nelson could hear the phone that kept going off with a new notification every 10 seconds. "veah who the fuck is spamming you like that" neveah had laughed at his comment which made nelson laugh to.

"this girl i used to be friends with she's really weird" neveah had shrugged her shoulders at her answer and so did nelson.

they had all began to get tired and they all went back to their rooms. neveah shared a room with romelo and they both got into the separate beds. they had said goodnight to each other before they both went to sleep. neveah noticed romelo had been acting off lately but she chose to ignore it.
