42| What has happened to Akshu?!

Akshara holds her daughter, as they both came near her.

"Are you fine betu?" Akshara asks worriedly

"She's! Aadu has been doing this soo long! When that Ved came, she acted the same, whenever she's losing the game she does this only! She told me this" Abhi said as Aadu looks at him

"Aadu! You're a loser, you couldn't even run one round!" Abhir mocks as Aadu stands up

"This is not the way you can talk with your sister Abhir!" Akshu said as Abhi received a call

"Yes doctor, just arriving, prepare the OT" Abhi said as Abhir holds him

"Are you going again! We just came a few hours ago, and you've work again!" Abhir said as he held Abhi by his waist. Abhi sits down to his junior's height, "Betu, I'll just go and come!"

"Papa!" Abhir said making a pout.

"Papa needs to go na? We'll talk to him when he'll come! Fair enough?" Akshara asked Abhir as he rolled his eyes, and went inside.

"Ju-" Abhi was about to say when Akshu cuts off by telling him to go to hospital

"Abhi! You needn't to worry, I'll handle the kids, your patients need you more" Akshara said as she lovingly cups his face.

"Love you jaan!" He said as he rushes.

"Abhir, Aadu where are you?" Akshara asked
The kids came out. Abhir was still angry, he'd already planned that he would spend time with his father but which wasn't possible at all.

"Mumma we just came today!" Abhir said with a sad face while Akshu cups his face and gave her a kiss on his cheeks,

"Papa will soon arrive" she said as she was going towards kitchen to clean the mess of a few days. She looked at the kids as she turned at back, when a dizziness surrounded over her head.

She was looking at the kids, when she suddenly black outs and lay over the floor.

"Mumma!" The twins shouts at the same time as they rushes towards their mother. Abhir sat near Akshu while Adhira stood next to them.

Abhir kept on shaking Akshu, while Aadu stood at a bit distance.

"Abhir....Abhir, what has happened to mumma, why isn't she talking?" Aadu asked as she moved him a bit. Abhir, without even moving a single inch, sat there emotionless. He kept on muttering Akshara's name in a small voice while he looked at her.

"I'll call papa!" Aadu rushed to take the phone and hurried to call Abhi.

On the other side,

Abhi wasn't feeling something good, he just went to the hospital but his heart was still struck at his home.

Abhi was busy in his ward to even look at his phone. He constantly looked in the file, while his phone was on silent.

"The patient is fine, tell his family Dr. Sumit" Abhimanyu told the intern as he goes to his ward. He checked on his phone, when he saw his phone bombarded of missed calls and a lot of voice messages.
