"Oh! MY! GOD! Sanji, we just got inside, and it's so awesome in here."
"Calm down," I muttered as I, finally, pulled into the parking lot. I nibbled on my bottom lip and looked around for a spot. It was so packed, which is expected since this is opening night. Nami's lucky it's her birthday because I would so not be here if it wasn't.
"How can I calm down? This place is amazing. The DJ is killing it up there. The music is so good! Usopp just went to order us some drinks, so Luffy and I are finding a table."
Rows upon rows of cars, but no empty spaces- ah! There! "I just found a spot to park. Hold on!"
I hurried up and swiftly backed into it. Who would have known that a club called 'The Swan' would be so popping. Shaking my head, I pulled my visor down and made sure I still looked presentable. "Alright, here I come."
"Okay!"
Visor back up, I grabbed everything I needed and left my car. I locked it as I walked towards the entrance. I could already hear the music as I joined the line. I watched TikTok's for a few moments, laughing silently to myself at some of them. The couple in front of me backed into me, and I dropped my phone on the concrete. Wincing, I bent down and picked it up. I glared at the lip-locked lovers and shoved the dude's back.
"Hey, other people are here, you know? You made me drop my phone..."
"Our bad dude." The guy reached into his pocket and pulled out a crisp one-hundred-dollar bill. "We good?"
I nod and take the money. They go back to kissing as I grinned happily at the money. I just got in the club for free. I didn't tell him it didn't break, and he didn't ask. He just gave me money. I'm not stupid enough to turn that down, ha!
"NEXT!"
Who the fuck is the bouncer?
I tried looking past the line to get a good view. I saw someone facing the line, looking down at a card. I couldn't see his face yet, but he had green hair, and three earrings, and... Is that a scar over his eye? Is his eye even open? Why is dude carrying three swords with him? Where'd they find this dude?
He looked up and handed the ID back to the owner. I gasped, squinting my eyes to get a better look. The line shifted over, and I could see broad shoulders and a tight, black turtleneck. His arms were huge, thick with muscle. Oh, he is yummy. God, even that face is sexy. His eye is totally closed, but damn, what happened to him? Should I be ashamed to admit the scar is kind of hot, though?
I had to go back to watching TikTok's. It'd be my luck he'd catch me looking at him.
Another fifteen minutes pass and the couple in front of me make their way inside. I take my ID out and hold it out to him, forcing myself to look at him. My smile was tight, even though I tried to make it look natural. He looks me head to toe before looking at my card. He looks back at me and... smiles? Uh, has he done that yet? He wasn't earlier. In fact, I'm pretty sure he was frowning.
My hand was shaking when I took it back. He looks me over again; his grin grew wider. "Have a good time, Sanji."
Blushing, I muttered, "Thank you," handed him the money, and quickly went inside. I tripped over the rug and heard a chuckle behind me.
Fuck, what was that????? I tried looking around for one of my friends. Was he flirting with me? Am I the only one he smiled at? Or was there another cutie he smiled at earlier? My eyes rake over the area, finally spotting orange hair on the dance floor. Forgetting all about the bouncer, I hurried over towards her, excusing myself for the people I bump into.
