Ally's  pov:

I tried to sleep but I just can't stop thinking about tess. What will she think about me when I tell her? Will she like me? Or will she not? This is very important for me I hope she likes me back. I love her a lot and would leave hunter for her any day. I got up but ashley woke up.

-"Where are you going?" Said ashley

-"Im going for a walk..." I said

-"In the middle of the night?" She asked

-"Yes." I responded

"Ok just be careful, Ill be waiting until you get back."  She added a bit hesitant

I was going to say no but i knew I wouldn't take too long besides, the camps are kind of close.  As I said goodbye to ashley. We both waved. I started getting lost. I have never been that much outside of the campsite at night. I normally just go fishing in the nearby lake since its the only thing im good at related to food. I started walking but I ended up in a huge forest that I have never seen before. After walking in the huge forest I found out I was just walking around in circles. I felt useless, how can I not find my way in the forest. After a few minutes I just wanted to find a way out. I was lost and at first I didn't want to admit it. But, I ended up admitting it anyway. I started finding my way out. "Its working!" I said in my head. But, I got a bit distracted since there was... something saying my name? "Ally..." "Ally..." I heard and began analyzing where the sound came from. "The sound was behind from me wasn't it?" I thought sarcastically as I turned around carefully and silently... ...TESS? I shouted and sat by her side she had blood stains everywhere. I carefully took her hand and Tess woke up. As Tess laid there, her breaths started growing shallower with each passing moment, And I was by her side, holding her hand tightly, refusing to let go.

-"Tess please," I whispered, my voice choked with emotion. "Stay with me."

Tess managed a weak smile, her eyes reflecting a lifetime of memories shared with me.

-"Im sorry, Ally" she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. "I wish I could stay, but it's time for me to go. Take good care of hunter please tell him that I love him."

I felt like my heart was shattered into a million pieces because of Tess's words. The realization that I was about to lose the person I loved more than anything in the world was almost too much to bear.

"No,don't leave me," I pleaded my voice trembling with anguish. "I... I need you." I started tearing up.

Tess reached out, brushing a tear from my cheek with trembling fingers.

-"Listen to me, Ally," she said softly, her words filled with a quiet strength. "I may be leaving this world, but I'll always be with you, right here." She placed a hand over my heart. My chest tightened with the weight of emotions, my love for Tess pouring out of me like a floodgate opening.

-"Tess, there's something I need to tell you", I confessed, my voice shaking with vulnerability.

Tess turned to me, her eyes searching my face for any hint of what was to come.

-"I love you, Tess" I whispered, her voice trembling with raw emotion. "More than anything in this world actually. You've always been the light in my darkest days, the warmth in my coldest nights. I can't imagine life without you." Tess's eyes filled with tears as she reached out, pulling Ally into a tight embrace.

- "I love you too Ally," she said softly, her words were a balm to my wounded heart. "More than you'll ever know."

We stayed like for a long time, clinging to each other as if their lives depended on it. And as Tess's breaths grew fainter and her grip on my hand began to slacken, we both kissed feeling love and on that moment I felt like even though Tess was leaving this world, our love would endure, a beacon of light in the darkness, guiding me through the rest of my days.
