W-what did I just say? Or think, I guess. But the point still stands! He's fine. I don't know why, but he is to me. Maybe it's how friendly he is. Maybe it's because he's tall. Or that he's muscular, funny, and a lot of other things.

All of the above...

I sigh and continue to stare at the ceiling, not sure how to address this situation. One, I could forever stay here and not do anything, but that's not going to work at all. Two, go outside like normal and act normal. Yeah, that's what I gotta do.

I stand up, fix my hair, and exit the building. The smell of sweet dango entered my nose, and I notice my tail wagging. I grab it to try and calm myself, feeling really stupid. I see an old friend of mine, Thoma, and wave him over.

"Gorou! It's been forever, man! How've you been?" He asks, smiling.

"Oh wow... it's been crazy. With, y'know, the war and all." I say tiredly.

"Vision hint decree's over, though. That must be nice!"

"You'd think so, but there's still much to do." I sigh.

"Well, let's make the most of your free time. Is there anyone you want to meet or hang out with here? Maybe a lover?" He asks nonchalantly. I can instantly feel my face heating up.

"There's nobody here for me romantically, Thoma."

"I beg to differ."

"WHAT?!? Do you know someone who does?" I ask a bit too loudly.

"I mean... Yeah? I just meant that you're likable enough to find a partner if you wanted."

"But nobody you know does?"

"I have some ideas, but it's not been confirmed."

"W-who?"

"Well... not you specifically. Miss Hina." He says.

"You know about that?!?" I whisper-scream. He nods softly.

"Yeah. Arataki Itto is, like, in love with Miss Hina." He says. My tail starts to wag again. He chuckles.

"What, were you hoping it was someone else?" He asks playfully. I sigh.

"No... I just don't know what to make of that information is all. I have the same personality, because I am the person writing in the advice column, but people think that I look different. They look up to Miss Hina, not Gorou. I guess people just like to use their imagination." I say.

"It'll be okay. Plenty of fish in the sea for you!" He says, and smiles warmly at me. His smile is pretty infectious, and I can't help but to feel a little better while talking with him. I guess now is the hard part— telling him the truth. But if I do it directly, he'd know. And if I told the public...

Hmm. I'll have to think about that. For now, it seems like the best option. In my next column, I'll specify. Maybe I'll have a chance after all.
