"Hey," Gabriel said, walking over to Sab.
"Hey," she smiled back as he pulled her into a hug.
"You doing anything tonight?" he asked, his arms still wrapped around her.
"Just that event I told you about yesterday—the Tommy Hilfiger event."
"Ahh, right. I remember." He pouted playfully. "I'm gonna miss you."
She chuckled. "It's just for a few hours."
"Still..." He gently turned her toward him, his hands resting on her waist.
"I asked you to come," she reminded him. "You didn't want to."
"That's because I don't wanna be a walking distraction with all those cameras on me," he joked, smirking.
She rolled her eyes and pushed him lightly. "Okay, bye."
He laughed and pulled her back into his arms.
"I love you," he said, kissing the top of her head.
Sab smiled warmly.
Then Gabriel kissed her lips—slowly, tenderly.
Without breaking the kiss, he lifted her up, carrying her toward the bedroom. Sab laughed softly as he gently laid her down on the bed.
"What time are you heading out?" he asked, now leaning over her.
"In about four hours," she replied with a smile.
"Perfect." He grinned and kissed her again.

"I heard you're engaged," a woman said as she approached Sab.
Sab smiled politely and let out a soft chuckle. "Yes, I am."
"Congratulations. And to Gabriel Diaz, no less. Wow." The woman shook her head with a faint, curious smile.
Sab simply nodded, still smiling. Just then, Emily walked in and the woman drifted away.
"Ohhh okay," Emily said with a grin. "So, how's it feel being the newly engaged?"
"It's good. I'm really happy," Sab replied.
"Aww, I'm so happy for you. You deserve this," Emily said, pulling her into a warm hug.
