The screen fades from black to reveal a vast expanse of stars shimmering against the darkness of space. The camera slowly zooms in, revealing the iconic helmet of Nova Prime floating amidst the stars.
Voiceover by Sam Alexander
Sam Alexander (VO): "My name is Sam Alexander. And this... this is where it all began. The cosmos, vast and infinite, holding secrets beyond imagination. And within this cosmic tapestry, there exists a force, a power that chooses its champions."
[The camera pans around the helmet, showcasing intricate details etched into its surface, as if telling a story of its own.]
Sam Alexander (VO): "But this story... this isn't just about the heroes who soar among the stars. It's about family, about sacrifice, about finding strength in the most unexpected places."
The helmet slowly begins to glow with a pulsating energy, as if beckoning to someone.
Sam Alexander (VO): "I never knew the truth about my father, about his legacy. But destiny has a funny way of revealing itself, of calling out to those who least expect it."
The glow intensifies, casting a warm light that fills the screen before abruptly fading to black.
Earth - New York City - Present Day
The scene transitions to a bustling street in New York City. Sam Alexander, a teenager with a determined look in his eyes, walks amidst the crowd, his gaze fixed on something beyond the mundane hustle and bustle.
Sam Alexander: "Just another day in the city that never sleeps, huh?"
He stops in front of a familiar sight – a small diner where he often spends his time after school. Pushing the door open, he steps inside, greeted by the familiar sound of chatter and clinking plates.
Inside the diner, Sam spots Bernie Dillon, his best friend, sitting at their usual booth. He joins him, sliding into the seat with a grin.
Sam Alexander: "Hey, Bernie. What's up?"
Bernie Dillon: "Not much, just waiting for you to show up. You're late, as usual."
Sam Alexander: "Sorry, had to take care of something. You won't believe the dream I had last night. It was like I was flying, soaring through the stars."
Bernie Dillon: "Flying dreams, huh? Sounds cool. Maybe it's a sign you should lay off the extra spicy tacos before bed."
Sam chuckles, shaking his head as he grabs a menu from the table.
Sam Alexander: "Very funny. But seriously, it felt so real. Like I was meant to be up there, among the stars."
Bernie Dillon: ''Or maybe you should sign up for the worlds craziest person tournament instead..''
Sam Alexander: "Ha ha, very funny. But seriously, it felt so real. Like I was meant to be up there, among the stars."
Bernie Dillon: "You've always had a thing for space, Sam. Remember when we used to stargaze from your backyard?"
Sam Alexander: "Yeah, those were the days. But lately, it's been more than just a fascination. It's like something's calling out to me, you know?"
Bernie Dillon: "Calling out? Like, alien abduction calling out?"
Sam Alexander: "No, not like that. It's hard to explain. It's like this... pull. Like there's something out there waiting for me."
Bernie Dillon: "Sounds intense, man. Maybe you're just meant for greater things. Like being the first person to finish a giant burrito in under five minutes."
