(DEKU'S POV)

"K-kacchann?" Am I seeing things? I think these injuries are getting to me..."Is that you?" There's no way he would come here to check up on me... that's just crazy. I really am losing it.

Kachann turns back into the room, looking extremely... concerned? No, that can't be it. He's probably here to tell me off again. "Are you okay? What were you thinking, training by yourself? You got hurt, and it could've ended worse!"

My eyes widen with shock. Did he just...? What's happening? This can't be real. There's no way he's actually concerned for me. "Hello?? I asked you a question, Nerd!"

"I-i'm fine, I promise! I just sprained my wrist! It's really not that bad... What are you doing here anyway?" I'm so confused. Why is he here? Why does it seem like he actually cares? Does he?

"You weren't in class today. It's not normal for you to miss it."

"So... why did you come?"

"Because I'm worried about you, you damn nerd! Why else!?"

"Y-you... you were worried? About me?" He walks into the room, approaching me. For some reason, I felt nervous.

I was speechless. I don't know why, but ever since we started sharing a dorm, he's been... nicer. Actually, it's kind of nice. I'm kind of starting to enjoy his company.

"Deku, so help me God, if you do anything like that again, I'll kill you myself!" He seems serious, but in a nice and caring way. "I-im sorry, Kachann! I won't, I promise!" Why is he acting so protective? This is so confusing. I seriously think im dreaming right now.
