Five.

Yugyeom's Point of View

I was filling out a crime scene report for a crash and the driver was high on LSD.

But I looked at the clock, but realized that my shift was about to end soon.

I typed in the last sentence of the report and then close my laptop quietly.

"Ok guys, I'mma take off. See you tomorrow." I said alongside shuffling my papers and neatly folding them into my drawer where I keep my crime scene information in.

"Bye Yugyeom." Jinyoung hyung said and waved as well.

I exited out of the station's main entrance but decided to visit Sujin again.

I drove up to the hospital and got out of my car and then locked it.

I went to Sujin's room and then opened the door with my left hand.

"Hi Sujin." I said alongside holding her hands.

I saw flowers across her nightstand.

"Oh, who gave you the flowers?" I asked but let go of her hand.

I looked at the arranged flowers across her desk.

"Maybe your parents stopped by." I said but sat down again.

Just then, I heard the door open and there were two couples.

I stud up.

"Hello." I said but bowed to the couple.

"Oh, are you Yugyeom?" The woman asked.

"Yes I am. Are you Sujin's parents?" I asked gingerly.

"Yes we are. We were just going to feed her." She said.

"Wait, how.." I slowly said.

"Oh, like this." She said alongside putting the IV in her left arm.

"You must be thirsty." Her mom said and (I assume.) water was distributed into the IV in her arm into a clear liquid.

"So, how are you doing?" Her dad asked me.

"It's been slow ever since Sujin went to the hospital. And everyone's sad to hear that." I admitted.

"I'm sad too son." Sujin's dad said.

I nod.

"How long are you going to stay with my daughter?" He asked me.

"I don't know, I was just going to check on her for a brief moment, you know, to say 'hi' to her." I said.

He nodded and smiled at me.
