Classes

September 8th, Monday

First day of classes. I woke up, went to Spotify to play music and got ready for school. I straightened my hair and brushed it out, brushed my theeth and got my uniform on. Once I had checked the mirror twice and made sure I didn't forget anything I went downstairs to the great hall. When I had found where my friend group was sitting at our houses table I sat down with them.

Cora and Denny were clearly flirting when I sat down so I went to where Johnny was sitting.

When we're supposed to be at our house tables our friend group cuts down to four. Pansy is in slytherin and so is Alexandra.

"Hey Johnny," I said then clearing my voice to pull Cora and Denny outta their.. flirting.. of some sort, "hi lovebirds." Cora flipped me off then went back to her boyfriend. Not sure why she flipped me off it's not like I was lying about them being loverbirds.

"Glad you're here." Johnny said as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder. "Hm?" "They're insufferable." He responded making me giggle and Denny flip him off.

Then the food appeared. On the first dinner here all the first years were amazed by all the food, it seems like they've gotten used to it now though.

Breakfast was over and Alexandra made her way over to us. Pansy stayed with her other friendgroup. When we were all together we walked to the 3rd years first class, Muggle studys.

In class Professor Burbage let us sit wherever we wanted. Denny and Johnny sat together and Cora and I sat together. Alexandra decided she would just go sit over with Pansy and her friend group.

Alexandra has never claimed to be apart of that friendgroup, which was strange since whenever she isn't with us she's with them. Something I've caught onto for awhile now.

Professor Burbage did a run through of what we would be learning in this class. This received alot of negativity from the slytherins. That annoyed me since I have muggle family and friends and most thing's we're going to do in this class involves learning more about muggles.

Now I'm not like a big muggle person and most likely wouldn't die for alot of them. But also I'm not a pureblood peace of shit. Well, I'm a pureblood but not the second part.

When Professor Burbage was finished talking to us she told us that we could socialize the rest of her class. Now compared to how much time a class is, we didn't have that long to socialize, but comparing it to how long it feels it was a good amount of time.

Cora and I chatted for a good amount of that time before Denny stole her attention for himself.

Selfish bastard. Not actually they're really cute together.

Johnny and I chatted some and then Alexandra and Pansy came over to where we were and started talking with us. We didn't have any important conversation just a conversation about how some people around where we're sitting are annoying and others aren't. Then all of a sudden someone got slapped in the face.

Someone such as Draco Malfoy.

The person doing the slapping was a muggle girl in Hufflepuff. My best bet was he said something rude about muggles and she got mad at him.

Professor Burbage was quick to separate them. Even though nothing physical was most likely going to happen after that. And if so it would ruin Draco's look to people; he may be a idiot asshole but he knows better than to hit a girl. "Doris why would you slap him?" The whole class was silent as Professor Burbage asked this. "Because he was making fun of muggle things and I told him to stop," Draco rolled his eyes at this, "and he wouldn't stop so I asked him whats so bad about learning muggle things and he said I don't want to learn how to be a disgusting mudblood like you" Doris finished, shocking some people whilst other's weren't surprised. I was one of the non-shocked people.
