EPISODE TWO: Catching waves!

Sunny's pov
After a hour or two I had to go home for lunch so after I surfed more I went back to the shore and said bye bye to Raven "My favorite surfer is about to leave?" He said as I walked up the beach "Yeah, Bye Rave! I'll be back this weekend on Friday!" I said and he smiled "Okay bye Sunny" he said and I walked home. TODAY WAS GREAT!

Raven's pov
Today was better than most days, I'm glad I had Sunny there to keep me entertained, watching him surf was pretty cool. I finished up my shift and headed home to get some lunch and relax for the rest of my afternoon "Dad I'm home" I say coming in the door and my dad is in the kitchen making something "That's lunch?" I asked walking over and he nodded "Yep, I present to you..sandwiches 🙂"

Sunny's pov
"Welcome back Sunny, did you do what you're brother asked?" My mom said as her and my dad were cooking dinner "Yep, here you go Storm" I say handing my baby brother the seashells and he smiled "Thank you Sunny" he said and I picked him up so we can wash our hands. We went to the kitchen and I put him in the high chair as my parents put plate of food in front of us "Thanks mom and dad" I say smiling then I look at Storm "Thank you mommy and daddy" he said and we all smiled and started eating

Raven's pov
I sleep with my fan on and rain sounds playing on my tv because that mixed with the sounds of the beach is absolutely amazing it's nothing better. To bad I have to wake up at 8 am for school everyday *beep beep beep* I hit the alarm clock and wake up by rubbing my eyes. School just really isn't that bad, I got a cool teacher and a smart class, I just can't help but ask myself why. It's so easy to fail and ask yourself "What's the point" and I find my asking that's a lot

Sunny's pov
*Beep b-* I hit my alarm and spring out of bed! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping! The waves are strong and I smell breakfast cooking! "GOOD MORNING MOM AND DAD AND STORM" I say and they all smile "Good morning kiddo" "Good morning Sun" my parent say and Storm is smiling at me "Hey Storm! Good morning!" I say patting his head then sitting down to eat the breakfast my parents cooked

Raven's pov
I sigh and arrive at school so I put down my phone and get off the bus, as I walk down the hallway I see a head with blonde hair and black roots walking around. (Their on different sides of the staircase) Their really short so I automatically knew who it was even though I didn't know he went to this school "Sunny!" I say then see him flinch. I saw the blonde hair walk over to where I was and he peeked over "RAVEN!" He said running up and hugging me and I didn't think we were close enough for that but no complaints

Sunny's pov
Hehe! Raven's here!! I never seen him with a shirt on before I like it, with his uniform on he looks all serious "Sunny" he said and I looked up at him "Mhm?" I answer and he replies "Are you gay? I'm not being rude I'm just curious" and now I'm a bit confused "What's that?" I ask and he looks at me with confusion "What's gay?" He said and I nodded, I've never heard that word a day in my life. Maybe he made it up

Raven's pov
He's just the purest thing ever, how is he in high school but he never heard the word gay. Look at him pondering, he looks like his whole life is a lie, maybe I put to much on his plate "Okay my bad sunshine let's back track" I say and he lights up

Sunny's pov
"Okayyyy but can I keep the nickname Sunshine? It's so cute! : )" I asked and he nods "Okay you're new name is Sunshine, so I'm going to explain gay in the most basic way" Raven said and I nodded "Okay have you ever liked a guy?" He asked and I thought about it. I like everyone to be honest "Yeah, I've liked a tone of guys" I said smiling and he smiled but shook his head no "That's good but I meant in a romantic way you know? Like dating" he said and I was confused

S: Date a guy? Guys don't do that
R: They do, a lot of guys like guys
S: Oh wow, I didn't know that
R: What were you thinking?
S: I dunno, I just that it didn't happen. Like it couldn't and guys only liked girls
R: So you only like girls?
S: I thought I was supposed to
R: Your not really supposed to if you don't want to, yeah it's typically considered traditional but it's possible to like guys
S: Goodness me! So is it true that when you date someone you're supposed to tell each other curse words?
R: Who told you that?
S: I just assumed that because my mom said I can't date till I'm 21, everyone knows you get your curse word card when your 21 so I assumed I can only date when I have my card

Raven's pov
Either he's really stupid, really gullible or just to innocent for this world "Sunshine, it's no such thing as a curse word card" I told him and he didn't believe me "yeah huh! It's called a V card and you lose it when you tell your boyfriend/girlfriend curse words" Sunny said and he truly believed that with his whole being "Sunny no, that's not what a V card is and that's not how you lose it"
