Well, I'm reaching the end of Castii's storyline. Gonna end Ochette's, soon as well, the way I have it set. I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Oh, and come to think of it, I probably had some time inconsistencies in the previous chapter that I might need to go back and fix, because between Hikari's group intercepting the weapon shipment and Partitio negotiating with Alrond and setting up shop in Wellgrove, it probably should have taken longer before the shop was opened.

If I need to fix anything, I'm open to constructive criticism if anyone would like to share their thoughts.

The following day, Priscilla spoke with Temenos"Depending on whether or not I find any leads in Timberain, I think I might pay Verandell a visit. Hopefully, the Justice Minister can tell me about this Defense Lawyer that Alistair had mentioned his mother had a connection with."

"A prudent course of action" The Cleric nodded"And it may be wise to be discreet at the same time."

"After the disappearance of the first investigation team that was sent to look for information on the Crimson Sun, I agree" Priscilla nodded"I'd probably be getting close to obtaining some rather incriminating information."

Temenos thought for a moment"Hm. Well, we already encountered Scarlet in Montwise, and we know that she's one of the Syndicate's Top Brass. I sincerely doubt that we'd find anything at Topu'hopu, which absolutely means that the Timberain region is the best and most likely place to uncover the Syndicate's secrets. Though I'd advise caution when dealing with its Justice Minister"

"Why is that?" Priscilla asked, curiously.

"Call it hunch, and as you know, doubt it what I do" The cleric replied, in a matter-of-fact tone"Well, shall we pop by the new shop that Partitio opened?"

"Sounds lovely" Priscilla nodded.

The two had breakfast at the tavern before heading to the store. Business was picking up as the two of them arrived, Partitio and Alrond were there, talking about business and how the stimulation of the economy is coming along. A fair number of people were frequenting the newly-developed store. Sabrina was there, too, looking at the various items on display.

"Oh, howdy, come to check out what the store has to offer?" Partitio greeted with a smile, seeing the two.

"Yes" Priscilla looked at the various items"Though I may actually not buy anything today."

"Its no skin off my bones if you don't" Partitio assured her"Besides, I just got started developing the place with the help of a couple of other folks from the town."

Priscilla nodded as she browsed the shop for a bit. Sabrina looked over at Priscilla and Temenos"The place sure has a few nice things on sale."

Temenos nodded as he looked"Despite just starting out, I'd say that this shop is going to become rather popular."

A new voice suddenly butted into their conversation"And considering the rumors I picked up, I'm actually surprised that Wellgrove is doing well, right now."

"Who's there?" Priscilla and the others turned to address the speaker, a man with brown hair and armor over his clothes.

"Oh, pardon me" The brown-haired man said"I am Cairn, Captain of the Walden Militia from Verandell. I just came this morning to look into rumors and buy some supplies while I am here."
