I don't know. I like school but I hate school. I love my friends and talking to girls and shit like that, but I hate the classes. I hope I get good ones. English, Math, PE, Band, Science, and History today. Those aren't bad I guess. I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom. I heard the shower running and subconsciously opened the door and saw my older brother Luke showering. "LOGAN! What are you doing? Get out!" I blinked hard and closed the door. I smelled my armpit and made a sour face. Ew. I need to shower. "Mom! I'm using your shower!" I walked into my mom's bathroom and turned on the shower. I stepped in and ran my hands through my hair. I shampooed my hair quick and washed my body. I hopped out of the shower and threw on a white t-shirt and a light blue sweater. I put on black cargo pants and skipped down the stairs. I looked at the clock and my eyes widended. Oh crap. I'm late. I grabbed a piece of toast and ran out the door. I ran back inside because I forgot my keys and then relocked the door. I got in my car and drove to school.
I was so late. I looked at the clock 9:17. Class started 2 minutes ago. I ran to room 41 and burst in the door. I interrupted the teacher on teh first day of school and I'm late. What a great first impression. "Is this Mr. Redler's class?" I asked trying to contain my embarrassment. The teacher nodded and said "You can take a seat next to Ms. Evans." He pointed to a gorgeous girl at the back of the room. "Now. The seats you have chosen are permanent for the rest of the year." I took a seat next to her and looked down at the book. I looked up at her momentarily and noticed her hair. It was a combination of brown and blonde. And her eyes. They were yellowish in the middle and blue on the outside. They were stunning. I ran my fingers through my hair again and pushed it out of my eyes. Ugh. This hair is getting annoying. I should cut it. I looked back at her and realised I didn't introduce myself. "Oh. Shit. Right. I'm Logan. Logan Smith. What's yours?" We locked eyes for a second until she replied. "Um. Heh. I'm Skylar. Skylar Evans." Oh my god. Her voice. It was soft and sweet. Just like her face. "That's a sick name" What?! That was so cringe. I thought "Now. Open your books to page 205." Mr. Redler's voice interrupted my thought. I looked at her for another second and looked down at my book.
