Ash and the Legendary Dragon: A Pokémon Adventure

The Beginning (Disclaimer: I don't own Pokémon).

In the world, there are amazing and wonderful creatures known as Pokémon.

These wild creatures possess special powers and are often sought after by humans to use in Pokémon battles.

Throughout recorded history, there are 17 different types of Pokémon:

1. Electric
2. Normal
3. Ice
4. Water
5. Fire
6. Grass
7. Poison
8. Fighting
9. Flying
10. Ground
11. Rock
12. Psychic
13. Bug
14. Ghost
15. Steel
16. Dark
17. Dragon

Each of these types corresponds to certain Pokémon.

Some Pokémon have only one type, while others may have a combination of two types.

With over 1000 different Pokémon scattered across the five regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova, Pokémon trainers aspire to catch as many Pokémon as possible and become Pokémon masters.

Among these Pokémon, the most fascinating are the Legendary Pokémon found in each region.

Legendaries are considered the most powerful Pokémon in existence, with rumors suggesting that only five of each kind exist.

Kanto has five Legendaries; Johto has six; Hoenn has ten; Sinnoh has thirteen; and Unova also has thirteen, making a grand total of 57 Legendary Pokémon.

These rare Pokémon are seldom seen by humans, leading many to believe that some Legendaries might not even exist.

Our story begins in the Kanto Region, in the small town of Pallet.

It was midday, with the sun shining brightly and Pidgey chirping as they flew around the area.

Running through the grassy fields near town was a young boy, about seven years old, with wild, spiky black hair and brown eyes.

He wore a yellow shirt with a red stripe down the right side, brown shorts, and black shoes.

This boy was Ash Ketchum.

He lived in Pallet Town with his mother, Delia Ketchum.

Though he had a father, Ash hadn't seen him since he was three and hardly remembered him.

At this moment, Ash was chasing a flock of Butterfree through the area.

The Butterfree were playfully flying lower and then higher, teasing me.

For as long as I had remembered I had always been fascinated by Pokémon.

They were amazing creatures to me and I had always wanted to be a Pokémon trainer when he was ten.

I laughed as I jumped to try and grab another Butterfree, but it flew a little bit out of my reach making me fall to the ground with a thump.

The Butterfree stopped and giggled at me.

I, myself, looked up from the ground and laughed as well.

I stood up as the Butterfree began to fly away,

"Whoops!" I chuckled, dusting myself off.

The Butterfree paused in their flight, chirping playfully at me before fluttering away.

I waved after them with a grin.

"See you guys, next time! Thanks for the fun!" I called out

As he lay on the grass, staring up at the sky, Ash couldn't contain his excitement for the adventures that awaited him as a Pokémon trainer.
