Anastasia's POV:
I lay on my bed, my bare skin exposed to the gentle breeze blowing through the open window. My mind was racing with thoughts of Adam, Mary, and the upcoming wedding. How could my father do this to me? Didn't he know that I was the rightful queen?
Just as I was starting to drift off to sleep, I felt a presence in the room. I opened my eyes to see my mother, Queen Anne, standing beside my bed. Her apparition was as clear as day, and I could feel her cold breath on my skin.
"Anastasia, my daughter," she whispered, her voice like a sigh on the wind. "I have come to warn you. Mary is not what she seems. She is playing a dangerous game, and you are the pawn."
I sat up, my heart racing. "What do you mean, Mother?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Mary has made a pact with a dark force," my mother's apparition replied. "She seeks to destroy you and claim the throne for herself. But that is not the worst of it. Adam, too, is not what he seems. He has secrets, Anastasia, secrets that could destroy us all."
I felt a chill run down my spine. What secrets could Adam possibly have? And what dark force was my mother talking about?
"Mother, what can I do?" I asked, feeling a sense of desperation creeping in.
"You must find the ancient book," my mother's apparition instructed. "It holds the key to our power, and Mary will stop at nothing to claim it. But be warned, Anastasia, the book is well-guarded, and the path to it is treacherous."
I nodded, determination in my heart. I had to find that book.
I threw off my covers and got out of bed, my bare feet padding softly on the floor. I made my way to the library, my heart pounding in my chest. I had to find that book before Mary did.
As I searched the shelves, my fingers running over the spines of the books, I heard a voice behind me.
"Anastasia, what are you doing?"
I turned to see Kye, my loyal servant, standing in the doorway. His eyes were wide with fear, and his face was pale.
"Kye, I'm looking for a book," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Ancient tome, bound in black leather," Kye said, his voice trembling. "I know the one you mean. But, Anastasia, you must be careful. Mary is evil, and she will stop at nothing to get it."
I nodded, my heart racing. I had to find that book.
As I finally found the book and held it in my hand, I felt a sense of power and determination. I would not let Mary destroy me or my kingdom.
I turned to Kye, who was still standing in the doorway, looking scared. "Kye, come with me," I said, my voice soft.
He followed me back to my chamber, and I could see the fear in his eyes. I took his hand and led him to my bed, where we cuddled up together, the book clutched tightly in my hand.
As we lay there, I could feel Kye's body relaxing, his breathing slowing. He felt safe with me, and I knew that I had to protect him, and my kingdom, from Mary's evil clutches.
Kye looked up at me, his eyes shining with understanding. "You deserve to be Queen, Anastasia," he whispered. "You are kind and just, and you will bring peace to our kingdom."
I smiled, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Kye. He was loyal, and he believed in me. Together, we would defeat Mary and claim our rightful place on the throne. I leaned over and satthe book down before looking down at kye running my fingers Through his hair as he rubs my inner thigh as we sat in silence until kye spoke breaking the silence " I don't want you near Mary and I want you to make me your personal Guard "
