Rayyana had lived for a total of 24 hours.

It had been 24 hours since she had falsly accused Rumaisa of having sex with Tariq the stable boy. 24 hours of her pacing her room waiting for Valen or Alejandro to burst in and throw her into the caves.

24 resltess hours of hearing Rida, Fatima, and Marium flirt with their men. Valen was useless saying that he had last seen Rumaisa in her room, where she was going to stay and wait for the doctor. They also had put Tariq in a jail cell, not letting him out unless he was proven innocent.

Or guilty, but everyone knew what would happen if Tariq was found guilty. She had been told to relax by not only them, but by Balisto too. In fact, he seemed as worried as Rayyana if not more. "whatever happens, I wont let you be thrown into the cave." Balisto had become protective of them ever since they returned from sunflower and Titan Arum's palace.

Rayyana was strolling along the corridors nervous out of her mind when she spotted an open door leading to a balcony. She had avoided them since the scenic view was the towns square and a horrid reminder for Rayyana that she wasn't at home.

But something about it today pulled her in, she found herself walking towards the balcony only to stop and inspect the scene in front of her. "J-Jean!" Holy fuck.

Fatima and Jean..fucking on the god damn balcony.

"WHAT THE FUCK." Rayyana yelled out turning around immediately. "Rayyana!" Fatima yelled as if it were her fault. "God what does a person need to have privacy." Jean had the audacity to say.

"I'm sorry, I'm not the one fucking on an open balcony!" Rayyana was red faced she was sure. She didn't need mental images of her friends like that. Much less sweet Fatima.

Guess she wasn't so sweet now

"What are you even doing here?" Rayyana turned around again and sighed in relief at seeing a fully clothed Fatima. "I was out on a stroll since you know, I could be put into a cave at any moment?" Fatima raised an eyebrow and then facepalmed herself "oh yeah!"

She grabbed Jeans hand and whispered something into his ear. Jean smirked and whispered something back making Fatima giggle. "I'll go check on Gojo." Jean said kissing Fatima goodbye, he turned to Rayyana and practically growled out "erase the image of her naked. Only I can see her like that, she's mine."

"Alright dude, calm the fuck down." Rayyana called out after Jean.  "Isn't he so handsome?" Fatima said dreamily watching her man walk off. "No?" Rayyana said horrified. She could never erase that image of Jean busting it down, or growling at her.

Fatima nodded "good. He's mine." And then she growled at Rayyana too. Wow, a match made in Heaven really.

"As much as I love talking about your sex life-I Dont - I need to go pack for my trip to the cave. What do you pack for a place you know you're not coming back from?" Fatima hummed and thought it about it before saying "sexy lingerie. You know, for the bears."

Yeah, she was a lost cause Rayyana shouldn't have asked her. "Rayyana there you are!" Marium came running towards her smacking right into her. "What happened?" Rayyana asked knowing what she was going to say.

"Rayyana Arshad." Marium froze and turned around to see Valen and another guard standing there ready to attack if needed. Rayyana felt her heart plummet, she knew it was over.
