Jungkook is restless, he is craving for something he shouldn't. His pulses are going crazy for something he promised someone he would never touch.
The moment he left from the mansion all he wanted to see was Isuel and that led him in this situation. Even if it's been only less than 5 hours he've last seen her.
It's either her or the drugs. Isuel or the powder.
He could hear someone deep inside him telling him to call Isuel here and fuck her hard so that the tendency to sniff the powder will reduce. Only if that makes sense to him.

'Cocaine'
The thought of cocaine overpowered everything in his mind right now making him nuts.
