Ok so the real things start from here..it drops my heart writing this don't know how I'll write more clear and specific things lol
But just wanted to say if someone comes and talks to you what's in their heart just kindly, non judgementaly listen to them without giving any of the "advices" or just don't interrupt them by bombarding them with your problems in between please. Like bro I am here so that you would listen to me and not the vice versa , many people just don't talk or stop talking because people don't know how to respond they just react and say stuff like "it's not a big deal", "people go through more worst stuff than you", "be grateful" and I can go on and on....so the whole point is try to be responsive rather than being reactive...being responsive means to pay attention to what the person speaking says without interrupting or judging them and respond accordingly in a empathetic manner.
