Libra came back home that day without having a single glimpse of his sister the whole day. Not only that, but after that emo looking boy had taken away Aquarius, he hadn't seen him. It was almost as if the Earth had swallowed them whole.

Anyways, he was Back home after a long day. He had to stay back for an hour extra at school because of an event coming up. When he entered the bakery, his mother was tidying up the counters. She looked at him and smiled, "Libby, you're back!" Libra smiled back warmly and went towards her, hugging her.

"Yeah mom." They let go of each other. Before Libra could say anything else, a girl rose up behind the counters. She had long black hair and Deep blue eyes. She looked tired and drained yet still remained calm and still. Libra had never seen this girl so he was curious about her.

"Uh... Mom?" "Oh yeah, this is Gemini Twaine. She wanted a job so I gave her one." Vena gave a small introduction. Gemini gave an awkward wave to Libra who reciprocated it.

Earlier

After the events of her house she faced today, Gemini was certain that if she didn't earn more money, her sister would die. Working at the Sea Harbours wasn't enough itself. And that's what brought her to the town square, where she was hoping to find another job.

That afternoon, she took visits to 5 shops in total, a toy store, a grocery store, the Hunter's Forge, a clothing store and finally a book shop. But none had any jobs to offer. And the Bell's Bakery was her last resort.

She entered the two storey building making the bell ring, and appeared Vena Bell from the door that connected The house to the bakery. Vena greeted Gemini with a gentle smile and cheerful voice, "Welcome dear, what can I get you?" But Gemini remained silent. Vena thought that she was taking her time to decide but actually Gemini was hesitant to speak.

It's alright Gem, She thought, 'Good afternoon mam, I'm looking for job to be honest. Are you looking for a helper?' That's it, now say it!

And she opened her mouth, "Good night mam. I'm looking for a helper. Are you looking for a job?" She blurted out. And Vena Bell took 2 seconds to process that, Looking around her bakery. "Uhm no dear, I'm pretty happy with my bakery business." This realization made Gemini's face go up in flames and became red.

"U-uh I m-meant-" "Are you looking For a job honey?" Vena attempted at predicting what Gemini was about to say and the latter nodded quickly. Vena then asked with concern, "But you look like a student, why Would you want a job?" "I uh suffer fi-financially. That's why." Gemini answered quickly. And Vena smiled, "Oh, is that so? Then, What's your name dear?"

"Gemini."

"Well, then Gemini, you are officially hired!"

Back to the present

Libra and Gemini made awkward eye-contact the entire time Vena narrated the whole instance. "Okay" Libra simply said as he took his eyes away from Gemini and to his mother. "Have you seen Tauri?" "Oh yes, she's upstairs in her room, taking a nap." Vena answered. Libra raised an eyebrow in amazement, the school hours had ended just 15 minutes ago and Taurus was already home?

Something didn't sit right with that.

"Alright, I'll be upstairs if you need me." Libra said, hugging his mother with one hand while Vena gave him a peck on the cheek. "Hmm, now go." She let out, freeing herself from her son's grasp. And off Libra went towards the door and into their house. He climbed the stairs to the next floor, where his and Taurus's rooms were.
