When the next day arrives, Kenny heads to a meeting room with some of his team to discuss new information involving Damien and his current whereabouts. He's somewhat alarmed when discovering that Damien seemed to be in the Beta District again, and even more so when learning that his actions were a bit unprecedented compared to his usual business dealings. It makes Kenny nervous about him being in the district now and knowing that he most likely wasn't just here for business. He talks with them about a plan, should they somehow be discovered by him and what precautions they would need to take, before the discussion comes to a close.

Kenny takes his leave for a bit and returns some time later to see Craig.

"Hey," he greets as he enters his room, "I uh, got something for you. Like I said I would," he holds up a plastic bag and takes out a small box from it.

"Is that a pregnancy test?" Craig asks, sitting up on his bed.

"Yeah," Kenny replies. He walks over and hands it to Craig, who stares at it with an unreadable expression. "It's for omegas, so it should be able to give an accurate result," Kenny adds. Craig's grip tightens on it. "Hey," Kenny says, taking a seat in front of him and drawing his attention, "no matter what it says, I'll be by your side," he smiles.

Craig gives a small nod before getting up and heading to the bathroom. Time comes to a slow for Kenny then, each passing second making his heart rate steadily increase from waiting. He had no idea what to do if the results came back positive, other than just staying by Craig's side. But he was certain that they would be able to figure something out.

Eventually, a few minutes later, Craig comes back out and Kenny stands.

"Did you take it?" he asks, and Craig nods slowly. "And... and what were the results?"

Craig looks up at him, his eyes watery and Kenny thinks it may have come out positive because of that. But in the next second, a small smile spreads across Craig's lips and quickly that thought is pushed aside.

"It's negative," Craig says, sounding relieved.

Tears start to fall from his eyes, but not from sadness, from relief. It was as if all the stress and anxiety he had been holding in the whole time was now bubbling to the surface and spilling over from his eyes. As if his tears were releasing all of his emotional toll and a weight had been lifted from him. His legs give way to his sobs and he falls to his knees onto the floor.

"Craig?" Kenny asks and walks over to him.

"I'm so happy," he sobs, "I was so scared but when I saw the results—it—I-I just feel so relieved now."

Craig continues to cry and Kenny sits down in front of him. He doesn't say anything and just lets Craig cry out his stress. Knowing he can't touch him, he offers a smile instead, although unsure as to if it is meant fully for Craig, or because he himself was also relieved by the results too.

For the next few days, Kenny monitors Craig. Spending any available time he has making sure Craig ate and slept alright. For the most part he did, although still ill, he seemed to have calmed down a lot after the pregnancy test results. Craig had been very very lucky it seemed, with his heats. Kenny thinks on whether or not to tell Craig about Damien, but decides against it in the end, at least for now. The other seemed to finally be feeling somewhat alright, and he didn't want to take that away and just give him more stress. He was still much too concerned about the almost fragile state Craig's body was in and didn't want anything to make it worse.

A couple more days pass and Craig goes into heat. Which only solidifies their relief more since the test was taken and making it even more real for them.
