-Sleep, earlier and sleep more to remove my bags under my eyes
-Drinking more waterrrr to hydrate my skin and make my face more clear
-Buy more face masks and use them more often to helps make skin clear, softer, and more hydrated
-Drink more unsweetened coconut milk bc it helps you recover whats lost sweat and rehydrates you, it also has less sugar, it might not taste good but is good for you.
-Go on walks more with my family to stay fit and healthy
