Chapter 3
Day was in his hotel room. He hadn't seen him for 2 hours, he was getting worried.
*creeaak*
"I'm back Day... Day?!"
*SLAM*
His arm hit the wall, Day's head hovered over Timmy's face, arm pinning him against the wall, and his leg was in between Timmy's leg. He moved his head lower.
"Where were you!" he demanded.
"I-I was with Hailey..." the lil' twink stuttered out.
"How DARE you! You are my kitten, and my kitten only," he yelled. "Do you understand Timmy?!"
"N-n-n-no! I can't do this anymore! The manipulating, the controlling, you're stopping me from doing the things I want! We aren't even dating! You have a girlfriend, you know? This is just some sort of some sort of fling! I can't do things anymore! YOU won't let me do anything I'll be in APRILS AND RILEYS ROOM, and having passionate babymaking sex with them."
"Timmy, WAIT!"
It was too late, he was already gone
-April and Riley's room-
"..so then I said go fuck yourself and fucking film it then posts it on OnlyFans, then you won't be poor anymore," Riley said while cutting her nails
*BANG BANG BANG*
Timmy banged his fist on their hotel room door.
"RILEYYYY, APRILLL, LET ME INNNNN!" Timmy shouted.
"OH GOD, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKKKKK" Riley screamed.
"Oh please god I was a good girl, please let me go into heaven," April said hysterically while she was on the ground praying.
"GUYS IT'S JUST ME TIMMY,'' Timmy screamed.
"Oh, it's just you. Come in, we're doing our nails. What color do you want, purple or pink?"
"Pink with purple hearts," Timmy stated.
While Riley was doing Timmy's nails, his phone rang.
Timmy hunched over his phone, the glow illuminating his sweaty brow. Day's latest text vibrated him out of his silence. "Hey ;) wya? I miss u." His stomach lurched.
Riley cleared her throat.
"So what's this you have going on with Day?"
Timmy shoved his phone in his pocket, a wave of nausea washing over him. "It's not like that."
Riley snorted. "Right. Because sneaking around with April's boyfriend screams 'just friends.'"
Timmy ran a hand through his hair. "Day and April...they weren't really working out." A cold, hard lie.
Riley's lip curled. "Uh-huh. And you, the shining knight, just had to swoop in and save Day from a failing relationship, right? Except, you're not saving anyone, Timmy. You're just being an asshat. You're lucky she's asleep right now."
Tim's cheeks burned. He hated that Riley was right. The thrill of the secret meetings with Day had faded, replaced by a gnawing guilt. He had betrayed one of his best friends, April. This whole mess felt like a slow-motion trainwreck.
"Well, what are you waiting for? She's gonna find out somehow. She's right there. Just tell her." Riley spat.
Timmy knew she was right. He had to apologize. He shook April awake.
"Hey, what's wrong?"
"April, we need to talk," Timmy blurted out. The words tumbled over each other in his haste.
Her smile vanished, replaced by a frown. "Okay. Spill it. What's wrong?"
Timmy sat on the bed next to her, fidgeting with his hands. April stared intently, her gaze unwavering. He took a deep breath. "There's something you need to know... about me and Day."
April's frown deepened. "What about you and Day?"
Tim's voice was a choked whisper. He could barely force out the words "We...we've been seeing each other."
Silence. A heavy, suffocating silence that stretched into an eternity. April's face, which moments ago held concern, hardened into a mask of betrayal. Timmy braced himself for the explosion, the tears, the screaming. All he got was a cold, hollow laugh.
"Seeing each other?" she finally spoke, her voice laced with disbelief. "Seeing each other how? Like having coffee dates? Or the kind of seeing each other that makes you sneak around like that one high school couple?"
"Well, you're not wrong on that last part..." Timmy stammered.
"Don't," she cut him off, her voice low and dangerous. "Don't try to explain. There's no excuse for this." Tears welled in her eyes, but she blinked them back. "How long?"
Timmy mumbled a number, ashamed of the weeks it had turned into.
April stood up, her anger finally breaking through. "Weeks? You've been lying to me for weeks, sneaking around with my boyfriend? What kind of person does that make you?"
Timmy couldn't meet her gaze. "A shit one," he admitted.
"You got that right," she spat. "Get out, Timmy. Just get out."
He rose, his head hung low. At the doorway, he turned back, a flicker of hope igniting in his chest. "April, please..."
She looked at him, her eyes filled with a cold fury that sent shivers down his spine. "Don't you dare say that to me," she said, her voice shaking. "Love doesn't take a man."
Timmy left, the slam of the door echoing his heart shattering into a million pieces. He had lost April, his best friend, all for a fleeting thrill. As he walked away, the weight of Riley's words hit him with renewed force: he wasn't a hero, he was a shitty little twink. And now, he had to live with the consequences.
