The desperate screams of a boy could be heard from the distance.
A frantic girl with midnight colored hair wasted no time as she began to run towards the sound of her friend's voice.
"RIKU-SAN!"

One by one, all of Aoni's friends had disappeared into the unknown, taken by.. someone.. or something..

Now all alone, the girl began to cry as the pain of losing all her friends had drained the last amount of hope she was holding onto.

"Agh! I'm late!"
A girl with short length dark colored hair panicked while rushing out of her apartment.
She was supposed to meet up with her friends for lunch, but she had unfortunately overslept.
Quickly, the girl zoomed down the sidewalk as she headed towards the town's local diner where her friends were stood waiting.

"Hey guys!" The girl by the name of Aoni yelled out to them through heavy breaths.

"Hey!!!" She called out again, flailing her arms before finally getting their attention.
As she caught up to them, she bent over to catch her breath. She was exhausted from all that running.
Looking up, she noticed one of her friend's hadn't arrived yet.
"Where's Yahiru?"
Aoni's friend, Misaka began to giggle.
"She's probably just out doing something stupid.. Like always!"
