A few days later
Standing in Diagon Alley I look at my sisters as we each hold a pouch of money "Okay girls you know the rules, it's not about price it's about finding something they would like and please don't start a fight" Ingrid says glaring at us.
Sighing Lily nods looking bored "I won't start a fight but I will tell someone what I think if they do something that offends me" she says before stalking off.
"How that girl hasn't been arrested in either world is surprising" Ingrid says laughing.
I nod walking away with Emma so Ingrid can watch Ginny since the twins are working with Lucius to see if they can take Prewett house back.
Looking around a men's shop I look at some boots they have "Emma do you think cousin Sev would like these?" I ask holding some knee high men's boots.
"Are they dragon hide?" She asks looking at a cloak.
"Yes, but the tag says humanly harvested"
"Find out what the shop's idea of that is first"
Nodding I take the boots up to the counter and sit them down "how was the dragon hide harvested?" I ask.
"Taken from a dragon that died we won't buy anything that a beast is harmed for product"
Nodding I look at the boots "I don't know what size I need or how long, could these be spelled to adjust for the person they go to?"
"All are the same size and resize for the person that owns them"
Nodding I dig out my money handing it over "Christmas gift?" She asks.
"Yes ma'am"
"We offer delivery on Christmas Day just fill the card out" she says holding one out.
Smiling I take it and quickly write professor Prince's name down with a short message saying happy Christmas before handing it back.
Emma comes up sitting the cloak down "please make it resize for who it goes to and I'd like it delivered".
Rolling my eyes I walk out living Emma to finish her business, walking around I stop at shops getting what I need for the holidays for all my family or Ginny and the twins but I can't find McGonagall anything.
Frowning I sigh "What's wrong?"
I turn looking up at a girl with bubble gum pink hair "nothing" I mumble going to walk away.
"Can't find a good gift for someone?" she asks chuckling.
Snarling I glare at her as my eyes flash green seeing the girl laugh I growl till she looks at me with a dragon snout and barks like a dog.
Stepping back I frown looking at her "teacher or family?" she asks back to normal.
"Why do you assume it's a teacher?"
"You're one of the Fisher triplets my cousins talks about how you're a teacher's pet, the favorite student of Professor McGonagall figured you would try to get her something"
"I wanted to get her something but nothing seems right" I mumble.
"You could make her something my mom and Aunt Cissa like when I do that" she says shrugging.
"Aunt Cissa? Like Lady Malfoy?" I ask.
"Yeah she's my aunt"
"I didn't know Bellatrix had a daughter" I mumble.
"I'm the second one's daughter Andromeda but she's been confused as Aunt Bella before they look a lot alike"
A few hours later
Standing in my room I frown looking at the cat scratching post I made, grabbing the last piece for the gift I smirk sitting a small stuffed dragon filled with catnip in it.
Shrinking it down I carefully place it in a box and wrap it with the wrapping paper that Ingrid helped me make to have snowflakes falling, with little cats playing in it while dressed with ear muffs, gloves and a pointed witches hats.
Picking it up I move it downstairs to the area we put mail needing sent.
Return to school
Sitting at my table for breakfast I glance at Lily seeing her stab the table as she snarls at Vincent Crabbe while Draco laughs loudly glance to Emma's table I see her talking to a group laughing.
Frowning I discreetly look at my house mates they sit further away from me, no one talks to me I haven't made a friend at all I'm not sure why, I've tried but they avoid me.
Hearing someone clear their throat I look up seeing Pansy and another girl sat across from me "this is Millicent Bulstrode" she says motioning to her.
Nodding I sigh looking at my food "what'd she offer you two?" I ask frowning.
"Who?" Pansy asks.
"Lilith, what did she offer you to come sit with me?"
"Nothing it was my idea, Milli followed me"
Frowning I look up at Pansy seeing she seems honest, nodding I smile slightly "this table is to calm" Milli says looking at my house mates.
Nodding I roll my eyes seeing Lily yank Vincent over the table "what did Crabbe do to Lily?" I ask.
"He stupidly tried to take one of her coffees then told her it's unladylike for a girl to drink coffee like she does" Milli answers.
Nodding I frown when the owls come delivering mail and one lands in front of me, taking it I feed the bird some of my bacon before opening the box.
Finding a necklace with a dragon pendant that's has green jewels for it's eyes, and a card I pick it up 'For the protection of your mind and choices' looking at the signature I smile seeing Professor Prince's name.
Finishing breakfast I stand up grabbing my bag "how do hold all your books in there at once?" Milli asks.
"Oh it's something my aunt made us when we were looking for supplies, dragon hide is considered the best but we refused to use or even touch it, so Aunt Ingrid made our gloves and bags, they look like dragon hide but are twice as strong our bags are made like tents bigger on the inside" I answer then smile before walking away to head for Potions class.
Stepping in I set up my stuff glancing at him seeing the boots I got him, and Emma's cloak "I hope you had a good holiday Professor Prince".
He nods not speaking to me "thank you for the gift Sir, it's beautiful" I add.
"It's goblin made, never take it off" he orders before the rest of the class comes in.
