Hyperverse Steve actually isn't a steve. He was a hyperverse with infinite dimensions made into a living being in the form of a steve. When Madness Steve came up with the False Form to bypass God Steve (who was keeping Madness Steve contained in the Madness Dimension. The False Form was very problematic, and Origin Steve's solution was creating Hyperverse Steve, who, could beat Madness Steve's False Form in the lower stages, which for a while kept Madness Steve at bay. But Hyperverse Steve was destroyed by an omnipotent demon, prompting Origin to do the same back against said demon's creations, the start of the god vs demons war. Although Hyperverse Steve was destroyed, the hyperverse survived, because only his life was destroyed, not the hyperverse itself.
Anybody as or more powerful, could bring back Hyperverse Steve. But after the First Blessing came across Hyperverse Steve's remnants and absorbed him, the only one who can bring him back now is the First Blessing.
