Chapter 13

"Eh mamaya? How about tomorrow? Dali na~" pagpupumilit ni Ningning kay Winter na nakaupo lang sa couch ni Karina at pinapanood si Karina magluto.

They're at Karina's place, doing their nakasanayang hangout for at least once a week. It has been their thing sa nagdaang tatlong buwan and thankfully, Winter kind of warmed up to them already.

"Tatlong buwan mo na kinukulit uminom 'yan, bad influence ka talaga." Yeji said while helping Karina slice vegetables.

"Bakit nga ba? Anong meron?" Lia asked while sitting on the floor, busy switching channels on the television.

"May nalaman kasi 'yan." mapanuksong sagot ni Yeji.

Agad naman na napaharap si Lia sakanila, "Ano?" excited na tanong nito.

"I told her na Winter kissed me nung nalasing kayo." Giselle answered, busy typing an email on her laptop. Nakaupo s'ya sa tapat ng bintana at medyo malayo sakanila.

Karina flinched at the memory of what happened that night. It wasn't just Giselle, it was also her who Winter kissed.

And she told no living soul about it.

Giselle seems pretty cool about it pero bakit s'ya parang big deal sakan'ya yung ginawa ni Winter? That's what she has been asking herself.

"Kissed?! Talaga?" excited at gulat na tanong ni Lia kaya agad n'yang tinabihan din si Winter sa couch.

"Oo! Ang daya! Gusto ko din ma-kiss ni Winter kaya sige na bestie ko, inom tayo bukas~" pangungulit nanaman ni Ningning habang hinahatak ang sleeve ng sweater na suot ni Winter.

"That's enough na, gusto mo isumbong kita kay ate Taeyeon?" Karina finally said a word.

Takot si Ningning kay Taeyeon kaya agad na dumistansya ito kay Winter dahil sa sinabi ng kaibigan.

"Ito naman, gusto lang ma-experience ma-kiss ni Winter eh."

Time flies. Taeyeon and Eunhyuk have finally broken up and the latter cannot accept it.

He keeps on pestering Taeyeon for the past months but the woman won't budge.

Felix would try and socialize with them especially when Winter's around just so he could gather some informations about his question, but Winter herself does not feel like socializing with him. She feels off about Felix and Karina and their other friends noticed it kaya naman as much as possible, hindi din nila pinapagkita ang dalawa.

Jeno and Winter kind of hit it off as friends. Not as much as Winter is friends with Karina and the girls but Winter is comfortable and has grew accustomed of him.

"Gosh, never talaga ako magsasawa sa luto mo, Karina." Ningning exclaimed as they finished their food. "Kung hindi ka maga-asawa, bayaran nalang kita para maging housewife ko."

Natawa naman silang lahat sa sinabi nito.

"OA mo kahit kailan." Lia told her.

"Juice?" alok ni Karina sa katabi na tumango lang bilang sagot kaya naman ipinagsalin n'ya 'to sa baso.

Napatingin naman sila sa dalawa.

"Ikaw Winter? Has anyone caught your attention yet?" Ningning asked curiously.

"Bakit mo tinatanong?" Yeji asked, afraid na baka uncomfortable si Winter sa tanong nito.

"Ipapatumba ko teh, aba sino s'ya para kunin attention ng bestie ko?" and they just rolled their eyes at her antics.

"Don't mind her, alam mo naman 'yan." Giselle told Winter when Karina was about to say the same thing.

After lunch, they all have to go to their schedules for the day.
