Author's note: In this ending, M/N had a little more time to live and was then brought to the hospital. Sadly Mary is still dead, and I don't plan on changing that. Without any further a do, let me continue to suffer- I mean, let's continue reading.

William was cradling M/N's body until he felt a heart beat from the man under him, his eyes widened as he felt hope. "Louis! Moran! Fred! Take M/N to the hospital, he still has a chance on surviving!" William shouted as the three were running towards him. The three nodded and gently picked up M/N. They rushed to a near by hospital and M/N was rushed to the ER (Emergency room). After hours of waiting the doctor had finally got out of the Emergency room. "Lord Moriarty, may I discuss something with you privately?" The Doctor asked and was replied by a nod from William.

"What is it that you want to discuss with me, doctor?" William asked calmly but in the inside, he was nervous about what happened to M/N. "Well, Lord M/N was given a second chance to live, though, he is in coma for a long time I presume. We'll have to wait until he wakes up." The Doctor said, reassuring the blonde. "Ah, thank you, Doctor." William said with a soft smile afterwards. The Doctor nodded with a smile and then left. William sighed in relief because M/N had survived.

[Time Skip: 1 Month Later]

When William was away for work at Durham University, Louis had received a phone call from the hospital that M/N was at for about a month now. Louis gently picked up the telephone and started talking. "Hello? Who is this?" Louis asked lowering his voice. "Ah, Mr. Louis? It's me, Doctor Andrew. I called you because I have some good news." Doctor Andrew said from the other line. "Oh? What is it? What happened, Doctor?" Louis asked. "Well, professor M/N had woken up from his coma! Oh- he said that he would like to speak with you, Mr. Louis. Here you go M/N." The doctor said as he gave the telephone to M/N.

"Louis-san..?" A soft voice from M/N was heard by Louis from the other line. "Ah, yes, M/N? Are you alright? Does anything hurt?" Louis asked. "E-Eh, no, no. I'm fine now, thanks' to doctor Andrew, I was just gonna ask if you guys are alright.. And how long have I been in coma..?"M/N asked softly, his voice was a bit weak but all in all, he's now fine and safe. " Y-Yes, we're alright.. William-nii-sama misses you so much.. Oh and, you've been in coma for about a month now." Louis answered truthfully. After talking for a good 30 minutes, they both hang up.

Louis sighed in relief as he felt that M/N was now fine and safe. He continued cleaning their manor, though he took a break, and the other servants handled it with ease. After a few hours, William finally arrived back from Durham University. He placed his stuff on his room and went to the living room where Louis was sitting on the couch while pouring a cup of tea for William to drink. "Welcome back, William-nii-sama." Louis said softly as he stood up to greet William and then sat back down the couch. "Thank you, Louis." William said in a calm voice.

"Uhm, brother.. The Hospital that M/N is at had called us and told me that M/N was now awake from his coma." Louis said gently, not wanting to startle his brother. William's eyes widen in surprise and then smiled in happiness. "I see, I'm going to visit him, would you like to tag along?" William offered with a smile. "Ah, it's fine, I'll just stay here and take care of the manor." Louis replied with a soft smile. "Well then, if you say so." William said while sipping on a cup of tea.

[Time Skip: At the hospital]

William rushed to the room that M/N was staying at, he also brought flowers with him. He opened the door to the room that M/N was in and saw his beloved sitting on the bed. "M/N.. My dear.. I'm glad that you're awake now.." William said while walking towards the bed. M/N immediately noticed the voice, his was enlightened at the fact that William had visited him. "William..!" M/N exclaimed as tried to stand up, though his legs were wobbly, but he still managed to do it.

William places the Boquet aside, turning his full attention to M/N. He then picked up M/N bridal style swifly but gently. He smiled softly as he saw the happiness that M/N felt in his eyes. He leaned in to kiss M/N on the lips, gently, he didn't want to hurt his beloved that had just woken up from his deep coma now, wouldn't he? After that sweet kiss the silence was broke by M/N who called out: "William..?" "Yes My dear?"

"I love you, William." The H/C man said with a soft tone, and was replied by:

"I love you too, M/N." By William.
